Beautiful location, excellent views across loch fyne, good showers, and lots of space both in the house and the garden, plus easy access to the loch shore.

The mattresses on the single beds need replacing.

Views were incredible, house very comfortable. Gorgeous walk from door.

Nothing really...a broom/mop would have made cleaning before we left easier.

The front steps were covered by moss which you couldn’t help tread into the front lobby. The front door could do with a clean as this is the first thing you notice.

The interior was clean. The location was beautiful.

The exterior was in a poor state: wooden panels were coming off below the decking, the front door mat had moss and soil in it so this was walked into the house. The steps could do with a thorough clean before it becomes a serious health and safety issue. There was a mish mash of crockery and cutlery. If you were eating in for breakfast, lunch and evening meal you would need to put the dishwasher on daily although only 3 dish washer tablets were supplied (this was with only 3 people staying!). An extra bin liner or 2 should also have been available. We used all the bedrooms and found all the beds uncomfortable. I could say more about the bedrooms but these are sufficient negative comments!
