先ず清潔でスタッフの応対が良い 客側から言わないと連泊の室内清掃をしないのも自分好み

部屋のエアコンの掃除があまりしていない様子でたくさんのホコリが見えてしまい少し残念。

朝ご飯がとても美味しかったのと 駅から近くアクセスも良かったです 因みに朝ご飯は浜松グルメや静岡にちなんだものも ありました

廊下が（３階）タバコ臭い。 自動機チェックインをした際、駐車場料金を精算したがその後どうするのか？分からなかった… こちらからフロントに問い合わさないと駐車券が貰えないとなると最初から対人で受付すればいいじゃんって思いました。
