The Glavini Detox estate has a main house with 5 double bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, a pool, IR sauna and a yoga hall. It is designed to provide a quiet and relaxed stay.
The property has an additional guest house, if needed. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests on a private site of over 30,000 m² organic olive grow. The friendly service and high standards will suit those seeking superior quality in an elegant, natural and tranquil setting.
Except for the functionality, we have also tried to make Glavini aesthetically pleasing, while we haven’t changed the authentic look and feel of the place. In cooperation with nature and its best fruits, the property fits perfectly within the landscape far from the noise, traffic and crowd.

We can organise and provide local organic food supply & cooking at request. There is also a possibility of detox, massage and spa treatments.
Location: It is the perfect location for exploring the delights of Istria, the rest of Croatia, Slovenia (20 km) and Italy (30 km) as well as many tourist spots in the surrounding area.
The property is in sight of the town of Draguc, close to Buzet (12 km), Motovun (12 km) and just 45 km from the sea in any direction (north Trieste, west Porec, Novigrad or south Opatija, Rabac, Rijeka). It sits nestled in a landscape of gentle, rolling hills, rich in Mediterranean flora.
Things to do: Things to do can be unique, refreshing, imaginative and surprising. Glavini Estate and Istria can offer all this and more whether you are looking for action, inspiration, relaxation, detox, recharge or want to discover Istrian treasures.
In autumn we have truffles from nearby woods and it is possible to organise unique ‘truffle hunting’ experiences. In that period we also harvest grapes and olives with organic production of vine and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. In winter from January to March we have unique traditional Istrian Carnival events, with a rich entertainment program. The spring is reserved for picking the asparagus and other healthy herbal plants. The summer brings plenty of choices from visiting the nearby sea resorts south, east and west of us or checking out some of the many regional art and cultural festivals.
Estate: Kids are welcome. Guests can enjoy our large 8x4 m pool, relax in the sauna or fitness room and enjoy a sweeping view of landscape. There is also a kid’s playground, table tennis, badminton and bocce (closely related to the game of boules). If you are into cycling, we are in the right spot to access and visit Istria.
At the property, we have around 300 organically grown olive trees as well as 20 cherries, a dozen figs and many apples, peach, pear and plum trees, all organically produced along with our vegetables which are all at your disposal during your stay, depending on the season.
We believe that we are an integral part of the earth and nature and we use renewable energy as much as we can. The home is fitted with solar collectors with an underfloor heating system, run using renewable energy. Water is collected from the roof, so as not to waste precious resources. We are also connected to a natural spring and drinkable fresh water.

We rented a house ifor 3 families. Everybody was so happy there. The villa is great and was just perfect for our needs. It is located off the beaten track with stunning views.
The rooms were cleaned and cozy. Kitchen met our expectations.
The owner is very helpful and nice, he gave us some information about neighborhood.
We were also able to buy locally produced wine and olive oil from the very friendly farmers in the village.
I recommend this villla for people who need peace and quiet surrounded by nature.

Prima di arrivare a Glavini si entra gia in una dimensione particolare, ce un silenzio unico, riposante.La casa e molto accogliente, ben arredata e pulita. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e hanno sempre accontentato le nostre richieste.Ce un parco giochi molto carino fatto con materiali di riciclo, dove i bambini si divertono molto. Ci sono molti percorsi pedonali interessanti, tra boschi e villaggi semi abbandonati. Ce la piscina che non abbiamo utilizzato perche era un po fresco, ma immagino sia un vantaggio in estate. Per chi ama la natua, il silenzio e una vita scandita dal ritmo del sole lo consiglio vivamente.
