This unit features two large private balconies to enjoy - an ocean front with beach views and a bay front with stunning 16th floor views of the open bay, Ocean City skyline, amazing sunset and private beach storage. It s one of few properties in Ocean City offering both stunning views of the ocean and bay from one unit. Inside the private beach storage will be complimentary beach chairs and umbrella provided for your convenience while you are enjoying the beach that is just steps away from the condo building.
The unit has a spacious master bedroom located in the rear of the condo with a queen bed, closet, writing desk and a new smart TV. The den has been re-designed as a bedroom with a closet, accordion door shut-off and a separate door access. This den also has a new twin over full bunk bed that can accommodate up to three persons comfortably and a wall mounted TV. From this den,, when the accordion door is opened, you can view the ocean and hear the waves crash against the shore. The tastefully decorated den with carefully selected lighting makes the room extra cozy and provides flexibility for privacy with the accordion door either opened or closed. For additional sleeping options, the sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa that provides sleeping for at least two persons.
The living area is open floor plan with living room, dining and kitchen all positioned for maximum views of the ocean. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile backsplash, granite counter tops, tile flooring, dishwasher and stocked with amenities to make you feel at home. While you prepare your meals, never miss a moment of the fun and laughter in the living room, be part of the conversation as you savor magnificent views of the ocean and the crashing of the ocean waves against the shore. When its time to eat, there is enough room for everyone at the table as you enjoy family time all seated in one place while enjoying stunning views of the ocean as well as the sounds of the crashing waves. After dinner or anytime you choose, go to the treasure chest and pick a game of your choice for the family to play whether inside the living room or on the spacious oceanfront balcony with seating available for everyone. The recently renovated bathroom features porcelain tiles with marble mosaic inlay and a new bath tub, new flooring and quartz vanity top. The condo also has new washer/dryer in a conveniently located laundry area, centrally located in the condo. No need to leave the unit when you need to do any form of laundry whether small or large, the large washer and dryer will easily take care of all your laundry needs.
The property has secured access with onsite security, outdoor pool, barbecue area and sundeck, tennis court and minutes to the beach. It is located close to all the attractions of Ocean City with easy access to the Boardwalk and Fenwick Island, Delaware. I enjoyed the condo & had everything I needed. The parking fee is 50/car/week. I got my parking pass at 4 on Friday & when I got to the 16th floor, there was a man outside the door asking "is this your room?". He said he needed to turn on the pipes. I had trouble with the lockbox, & he told me his key was in his car. When I got the door unlocked he came in with me. There was cleaning stuff everywhere so I assumed he was a housekeeper. He asked me twice if I was staying alone, which I was, but I lied b/c I felt unsafe. Before he left he told me he worked in the building. I went out for groceries & when I came back he asked if that was the second car for my room, which it wasn't. My friend arrived on Saturday & he was planning to leave Monday. On Sunday, this man followed us outside & announced my room # & departure day in front of several other people because he wanted to ask me to turn on the washer. I felt uncomfortable again so I contacted Andre. He asked the man to not contact me & informed me that he was the head of security & that he shouldn't be there the next day.I left a day early because I didn't feel safe staying alone. This man had a key to my room & I had no idea who heard the convo with the room # & departure day. People who do bad things don't always work alone. I want to make sure that other solo travelers are aware of this before deciding to book- I don't want anyone else to feel unsafe. I loved the place, but won't ever book again because of this.

We stayed this past weekend. Communication was excellent. Place was nice and clean. Very spacious. We enjoyed the view from both balconies. Will definitely be staying again.

Our family absolutely loved our stay in this unit! As everyone one else states, the views from the unit are beautiful (both ocean and bay). Loved waking up and seeing the ocean in morning! The unit is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, etc… no need to move the car. The beach gear (chairs, blanket, umbrella, buggy) made a day at the beach easy. The updated appliances were a bonus. The host checked in to make sure we were all set and was so helpful with questions! Hope to stay there again!
