This building is ideally located with a variety of restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance, and it is also on a bus route for easy travel to all your favorite Ocean City destinations. Tax-free shopping is available just a short drive north in Delaware, the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park are five miles down the coast, and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins on 27th Street for family entertainment. *The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions. THINGS TO KNOW Until further notice, due to local restrictions and regulations, shared amenities may not be available during your stay. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
