- Event fee of $500 for events of 15+ people (requires owner approval). Please do not move large furniture.
- Non-shedding, house trained dogs are permitted with a pet fee of $400ea (2 max).
- No smoking

We were very pleased that this home was pet-friendly. We enjoyed having our family dog along for the visit.With clean rooms and lots of activities for the teenagers, we were thrilled with this home.
