RENTAL INFORMATION:
-Weekly rentals (Saturday–Saturday) are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Flexibility in August.
- Extended winter escapes are available. Please inquire about special options for 30-60 day off-season rental.
-Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
-Gatherings of more than 15 guests require prior approval and a $500 event fee.
-Up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome with a $400 per-pet fee.
-This is a non-smoking property.

We loved the covered outdoor sitting and eating areas at all times of the day, being able to choose sun or shade. The hot tub was great and the gym excellent as well. The house is really well equipped with everything you need. Beach access is very close.

House is absolutely beautiful, location is peaceful and garden was lovely. Beach access located right across the street. Communication with the host was timely and very pleasant . Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay.. the house is amazing, the porches front and back..give you sunrise and sunset ! Walk across the street and your at the beach!! Hot tub is wonderful with view of the marshes. The pool table and ping pong and workout room unreal. The kitchen is great for a person who loves to cook...viking stove and oven! You will be glad you rented this beautiful , lovely and comfortable home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House and would absolutely recommend it to others. The location was perfect...peaceful, scenic, and incredibly convenient for our plans. The views were truly stunning and made the whole experience feel special from start to finish.The home itself was thoughtfully set up and designed for a long weekend stay. We were in town for a wedding, and a small event we hosted at the house went perfectly! It was exactly what we had hoped for and couldn’t have turned out better.There were just a couple of minor issues worth noting. The bunk bed didn’t feel stable enough to comfortably accommodate a guest, and we were surprised to find that there was no toilet paper provided. These were small inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall, this is a beautiful property in an amazing location, and we’d happily stay here again and fully recommend to others!!
