The location was great and the hotel was very cozy and cute. The staff was super nice — Juana and the other guys were always available, took great care of us, and helped with every question we had. Hasta pronto y gracias por todo

The staff who in the fr desk the gentleman was very pleased and give the information as soon we arrived

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mickaël Jean who took the time to explain in French what I didn't catch in Spanish Nice little rooftop Breakfast was included and there's a restaurant on site Comfortable bed
The room was average. The shower was either very hot or very cold - hot water didn't hold and turned icy in seconds. This needs fixing. The room walls could use freshening up and the kitchen wasn't really usable. Pool and "hot" tub were cold The hotel is withing walking distance of all main sights in Zona Colonial but the immediate surroundings are not great.
