Correct employees! And the parking place!
I don't like the breakfast. Very basic. Even after a long waiting time.
And I don't trust anymore, after so long time complaining, the safety of the elevator.
One day there will be an accident, I noticed this so many times.

Easy to get to, within walking distance to colonial sights, very clean, comfortable beds, nice staff, good breakfast, parking, and with AC. We were very pleased!
The power went off twice. The elevator was not working.

Walking distance to the city center, secured parking available, good breakfast, 24h reception, friendly staff, great price. Rooms are simple and clean (not much sound insulation).
Breakfast could be served faster, it took one hour to get served in one day of our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Colonial Zone and the coastline, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was good, with a satisfactory selection of food.
The room was clean; however, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes, and I had to spend time getting rid of them before I could sleep peacefully.
The toiletries provided were very basic, so I would recommend bringing your own.
The desk was too high in relation to the chair, making it uncomfortable and somewhat difficult to work efficiently.
In addition, the elevator was very small and felt somewhat unsafe and uncomfortable to use.
