Experience the atmosphere and the wide spaces in an original lombard house of the Ninteenth century, in the heart of the medieval town of Cremona, downtown area. The apartment occupies an entriere floor with a view on the lively Piazza Venezia. Bars, restaurants, pizzerie are at a walk reach.
The kitchen is full equipped. Sheets and towels provided. The apartment has two bicycles for free for you. Easy parking.

Cremona is such a charming town and staying in this apartment made everything easy! I was traveling with my father, so having separate bedrooms is a plus! Maurizio was very gracious and picked us up at the train station. We had planned to drive by car, but changed to train travel at the last minute. We made good use of the bikes that Maurizio provided although you can easily walk the old town area. I can't wait to visit again with my husband.

This was the perfect location for us to explore Italy. Conveniently located right in the center of the city. It was walking distance to everything. We had plenty of room for our family of six. Maurizio was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment features air-conditioning and a washer for your convenience. We are going to return soon.

My family, including my husband, my 8 year old daughter, and my 63 year old mother had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We spent 4 days in Cremona, and this apartment was everything we needed to serve as a home base for my husband's violin search. Maurizio was an amazing host, going above and beyond what we could have ever expected. The spaciousness and the layout of the apartment allowed us to spread out, unlike the hotel rooms we stayed in as we traveled theough other cities. The location is convenient to so many attractions, including shops, restaurants, violin shops, and the town center. Everything was clean and orderly, and we had all that we needed for a wonderful stay. I would definitely return to this apartment if I visit Cremona again, and I would recommend it to anyone in search of an excellent place to stay.

This was the perfect place to stay while in Cremona. Very close to both the train station and everything you'd want to see in Cremona - it's all walkable. Maurizio was a great host and was helpful in orienting us to the city. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean, with everything you need for a great stay. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone I know who is going to visit Cremona.

I highly recommend this apartment if visiting Cremona. Maurizio was a perfect host. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, he was on the scene within 20 minutes. The apartment is well appointed and located. Easy access off the autostrade, convenient (free) parking in a lot with TREES! Easy walk to the city centre. Maurizio had food on hand (coffee, olive oil, balsamic vinegar etc.). Grocery store 5 min walk. Maurizio introduced us to a violin maker in his workshop. Also took us to a family-run restaurant/trattoria nearby. The apartment was clean, the kitchen had all the amenities (no dishwasher) needed for a comfortable stay. Well worth the rental price. Hats off to Maurizio for attention to detail and assistance, advice etc.

I highly recommend this apartment, and host Maurizio, for anyone traveling to Cremona. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-appointed, and we found it to be as advertised. It is easy walking distance to lots of interesting historical sites. Maurizio was a charming and helpful host. He made good recommendations, and since we were in town to visit violin-makers, he was very kind and introduced us to a violin-maker friend of his. It was a memorable, and very enjoyable evening. We made new friends! Many thanks to Maurizio for the excellent apartment, and the wonderful memories!

the location was close to plaza and markets. Maurizio was the most wonderful host, he introduced us to his friends and we all had a drink in the plaza, it was truly a special time in Cremona meeting the local people. the apartment was is very well maintained, anything you need, Maurizio would take care of. I would definetly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cremona. We will surely be back.

L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Il est situé proche d’un grand axe, mais il n’y a pas de nuisances sonores la nuit. Le centre ville est à quelques minutes à pieds et il y a un grand parking gratuit à proximité. Accueil très chaleureux et agréable du propriétaire qui parle bien français. Il nous a aussi conseillé des restaurants et bars dont nous avons été très satisfaits.
