About this villa rental

Welcome to our spacious villa located in a private community in the Luberon National Park guaranteeing a quiet relaxing holiday. Our 3 bedroom Provencal style villa sleeps 6 and comprises 115m² of living space. The property fronts onto an east-facing garden with terrace including bbq area. The living room and master bedroom both open out onto the shaded terrace. There is also a west-facing Pergola so the evening sun can be enjoyed.
A shared 15m swimming pool can be enjoyed during the hot Summer months.
The bright kitchen is fully equipped and opens out onto a large living/dining area with an impressive high beamed ceiling. In here you will find comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, TV, DVD player and Wi-fi to name but a few comforts on offer.
There is one spacious double bedroom (with en-suite) and two twin bedrooms. The main bathroom has a bath, a powerful shower and WC.
There is also a cloakroom and a third WC.
The house is finished to the highest standard and we are confident that you will enjoy your holiday here.

Amazing house in the French countryside

Amazing house in the French countryside

We stayed here for a week at the end of October, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable holidays that we've ever had. We had planned on having a nice quiet relaxing week away, but there was just so much to do that we couldn't stay put. Some of the highlights of the trip included: L'Art Glacier - ice-cream restaurant nearby Gorges du Verdon - spectacular scenery Day trip to Cassis - charming village by the sea (boat trip was nice too) There are also some really worthwhile walks to do from the house: Walk to the golf club (<10mins), have lunch outside and admire the scenery as you sip on a local wine. Walk to Pierrevert (25mins depending on which route you take). It was nice to ramble around the village, and have a coffee in the small café/bar/shop (can't remember the name offhand) in the centre of the village. Walk to Montfuron: This walk will take 45 mins to over an hour, depending on your level of fitness. It's an uphill climb, but you are rewarded with great views of the surrounding countryside. We ate at Chez Eric in Montfuron one evening and were really satisfied with the meal and wine. The house itself is like new - it has all mods cons, and everything is kept clean and very well maintained. The beds were really comfortable and the shutters gave us pitch dark rooms, which meant that we slept like logs each night. I will definitely return here in the next year or two, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anybody. Thanks again!

Spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything that we could have asked for in a fantastic location. We stayed here for a week last summer and used this house as a base for touring the Luberon region. We will definitely return to explore further afield and we aim to stay here again.

This house provided an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful Luberon region. The property itself is large, spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. I would highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful property in a fab location. Spotlessly clean house with all mod cons; DVD, BBQ etc. Easily accessible to the beach in summer or skiing in winter. The pool is shared but we always had it to ourselves. Can't recommend it highly enough, we'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay in this fine house. Very complete with a well equipped kitchen, TV, internet and DVD. The large kitchen, living and veranda makes it perfect for a family with large kids. The location near the highway and the route to the Haute Provance makes it a good start point for day trips.

We spent a wonderful week in Luberon, Provence, in this lovely, comfortable, perfectly kept house! The house was very neat and tidy and is located in the vicinity of a golf course with a wonderful view and a great restaurant, with super friendly staff. The shared pool is a plus - not too crowded. We hope to come back one day!

La maison est très agréable, propre, accueillante, parfaite pour une famille. Par contre, dommage qu il n y ait pas de clôture pour fermer le jardin, moins personnel et moins securisant si nous laissions les vélos sur la terrasse.( le garage n'étant pas accessible). C est une résidence très calme, pas vraiment adapter si les enfants veulent s amuser dans la piscine. Les amusements sont tolérés en silence...un peu décevant de ce côté, nous sommes aussi là pour profiter de nos vacances.

La propriété est très calme et bénéficie d'un large terrain. La terrasse ombragée à chaque heure de la journée est très agréable. Logement très bien équipé. Seul bémol, la piscine collective qui a été fermée quelques jours, mais ce n'est pas le fait de la propriétaire.

Villa très propre, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Il ne manquait rien dans la cuisine. Machines à laver, accessoires, vaisselle... Environnement calme et très bien entretenu. Un petit bémol cependant: le jardin mériterait une petite haie pour le soustraire à la vue des passants.

La maison est totalement conforme à la description donnée dans l'annonce. Elle est spacieuse et très agréable. Tous les électroménagers sont très bien et tout y est comme si vous étiez chez vous. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre maison. Nous l'avions choisit pour le terrain (pour notre fils de 2 ans et demi), la terrasse et le plein pied (pour notre fils de 9 mois). Le matériel bébé fourni, et les draps/serviettes et un vrai + pour ne pas trop charger la voiture ! Nous avons bien profité de la région à vélo et en voiture ! Nous conseillons vraiment cette maison pour une famille avec ou sans enfants !

Das Ferienhaus hält, was es verspricht. Die Lage mit dem Garten und dem Blick in den Wald ist einfach schön. Wir haben das Haus sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung ist prima. Die Liegestühle für den Garten allerdings eher etwas spartanisch. Außerdem fehlte ein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse, die gerade am Morgen sonnenbeschienen ist. Zu Stoßzeiten wird es im Gemeinschaftspool etwas eng. Dennoch sind das nur Kleinigkeiten in der Beurteilung eines wirklich schönen Ferienhauses in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Wohnanlage. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal gerne wieder. Nicht zuletzt, weil das Haus für Allergiker ideal ist!

Très belle maison toute équipée. Rien à redire car tout est réuni pour passer des superbes vacances. Les photos présentées correspondent tout a fait à la réalité. L'accueil est également très chaleureux et merci pour les bons conseils. A conseiller pour les personnes recherchant le calme et le repos. La piscine se trouve à 2 minutes de la maison et elle est suffisamment grande pour permettre aux enfants de jouer,et même pour les plus sportifs de faire des longueurs. Il n'y a jamais foule et même avec un peu de monde nous avons toujours trouvé un coin pour nous poser sans être gêné. La voiture est indispensable car la résidence se situe a quelques kilomètres du village. La région est magnifique : Lubéron et gorges du Verdon a découvrir!
