About this apartment rental
The apartment is situated in a magnificent complex at Al Alandalus Residential,
It is a two bedroom ground floor apartment.The main bedroom has en-suite facilities, and the family bathroom is right opposite the second bedroom.
It has a comfortable lounge, fully fitted kitchen, utilities room and large gated decking/garden area at the front ideal for private outdoor eating.
The outdoor pool and children's pool/playground is 30 seconds walk!
The complex is secured by a manned gatehouse, and a very helpful gate-keeper.
There is a bus service that picks up right outside the complex that travels along the coastline to the award winning sandy beaches of Vera Playa, Puerto Rey, Garrucha and Mojacar and leaves at 20 past the hour.
We are proud of the improvements we have made to this apartment to make it homely and with our 24 hr call out service by English and Spanish speaking friends your holiday will be hassle free.
Please note that electricity IS NOT included in the price and usage is calculated on a meter inside the apartement and is payable to our agent at the end of your holiday

A LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE
The Al Alandalus complex is situated in the Valle del Sol in Vera and enjoys a tropical climate with sunshine all year round.
It is within easy reach for all activities you would need on your holiday.The complex is spotlessly clean and a very good mix of people (Even some locals have bought property here!)
The complex is safe and boast two pools (One indoor and one out)All the building has finished in the immediate area so you won't be disturbed by cranes and digging in the morning!!!
The garden is ideal for a well deserved bottle of the local wine at the end of a relaxing day....
IMPROVE YOUR HANDICAP
Desert Springs Indiana course is the first desert course in Europe and has been built to USPGA specifications. Generous fairways mean it's ideal for the less skilled amateur, while the scenery is astounding.
Different tees mean that the better player will find the course's assortment of hazards - from dry riverbeds to cacti- a real challenge
10 mins away Valle del Este's sand, water and volcanic rock make for a different sort of golfing experience. Raised tees look down on three lakes and a good number of waterfalls, while ominously large sand bunkers litter the fairways.
Finally at Turre, not far from Mojacar, there is the Cortijo Grande club de golf.

Hemos estado en esta propiedad del 7 al 14 de julio.
Ha sido fantástico. El apartamento es una maravilla. la verdad es que da gusto que estuviese todo nuevo pero además estaba limpio. La urbanización también esta muy bien, la piscina y las instalaciones.
Cerca esta el Mercadona donde se puede hacer la compra.
No esta muy cerca de la playa (como para ir andando) pero tan solo cuesta 5 minutos y las playas son una maravilla.
Hemos pasado unas buenas vacaciones.
Esperamos repetir ya que la zona en muy bonita y nos ha gustado.

Les + de la location : La résidence est calme et bien entretenue, le logement propre et bien équipé. Situé en rez de jardin et relativement ombragé, il permet de profité de la terrasse. La personne sur place est disponible et courtoise. Commodité à proximité : grande surface et restaurant accueillant.
Les - de la location : Voiture indispensable : la mer est à environs 2,5km et les centres urbains à 5km

My wife and I stayed at Simon's apartment for 4 weeks. Great place with all facilities etc. Good position on ground floor with small front garden that catches the sun from midday until dusk.
Weather was good for Feb/Mar and could get quite hot in the garden in the afternoon.
There is a Mercadona supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and car parking right outside the apartment.
Car is essential to see the area although there is a bus stop not far.
Property clean on arrival, but after that we looked after ourselves, although you can book cleaning etc at extra cost with Gerd who looks after the apartment for Simon. Gerd also very helpful and lives nearby if there any problems.
This a residential site with pool, not a resort, which suited us.
Would go back. We had a good time.
