About this apartment rental
ideally located in the heart of Paris,well connected(15mn from LOUVRE by subway,15mn from Centre GEORGES POMPIDOU by foot),very peaceful,all facilities,well decorated(half-timbered old stones),piano,fireplace,duplex last floors,large view, entirely renovated,bright.

Bruno was extremely helpful and his apartment has one of the most extensive collections of his art and books. If you are not used to
Climbing stairs(4th floor) it could be a problem. Directly across from small police station in a safe neighborhood .

Very nice place to start your exploring of Paris. Nice neighborhood, everything you need is nearby. Lots of steps but worth it. Appartment with character.

The flat is situated ideally near several metro stations, Gare de L'Est & 10 mns from Gare Du Nord which makes it super accessible for day trips outside of Paris or longer. Several supermarkets in the area & some of the best bakeries in Paris are in the neighborhood. Some great choices for Restaurants nearby.
Bruno was very polite & cordial and very responsive to our pre-booking messages and recommendations.
The flat is an artist loft, located on the 4th floor of the building (no lift). It is the perfect size for our family of 5 and enjoyed having breakfast in the dining room.
The flat is in dire need of a deep cleaning, fresh & newer towels would have been great & one towel per person for two weeks was not enough and seeing that the flat is only equipped with a washer and no dryer made it hard to dry them in the winter. Towels were very old & overused. A shower curtain is also needed. Water is all over the tile floor after one showers and one bath mat was also not enough. I purchased an extra one to rotate between the wet & dry one. Toilet bowl & floors were also dirty upon our arrival.
Coffee maker was not cleaned, among other things. Overall, a deep deep cleaning of the apartment is needed and a coat of paint is also recommended.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
