Welcome to rent a fully equipped holiday home in Sandhamn / Torhamn 200 m from the sea, outside Karlskrona in Blekinge - SWEDEN'S SOLIEST PLACE! The house has been partially renovated in 2017 with a new bathroom.
Comfortable house in a relaxing environment! Lush large beautiful garden for play and games surrounded by stone walls. 1.5-story house located along a road leading to the sea. Sea view. Sun position on the front of the house.
There is much to do in the surroundings. The property owner is happy to advise on nice excursions, attractions, experiences, swimming, restaurants etc. and in the house there is tourist information to get.
Most of our tenants, however, usually appreciate most relaxing, taking walks, going out in the archipelago and relaxing on the village's fine beaches. You are in Sweden's sunniest place according to national measurements.
Surroundings: Walking or cycling distance to the fine bathing resorts Petersvik and Gisslevik, ICA supermarket, harbor café Café Måsen, Sail Inn restaurant, surf school in Petersvik, archipelagos Vittus o Ungskär, fishing tourism eg rent a boat (see Sandhamn Marine), Torhamn cape birding station, hiking Torhamn pizzeria, tennis court etc. To the World Heritage City of Karlskrona you can go by archipelago boat or bus (bus stop about 100 m from the house). 4 rooms and kitchen, 1 newly renovated bathroom with shower. 6 beds (plus cot). Barbecue and outdoor furniture. TV. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. Laundry room in the basement.
Blankets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are provided by the tenant or can be rented. The house can also be rented single nights.
We offer basic foods such as sugar, salt, ketchup, flour etc.

The house is old-fashioned but well-equipped with extra supplies. Located near the coast, in a nice area with a friendly and helpful host.
