About this apartment rental
This apartment consists of an air-conditioned main bedroom and another airconditioned double room (2 single beds), a shower room, a living and dining room, and a small but fully equipped kitchen. This is a 2nd floor apartment, having access to the roof.
The apartment is very well located in the heart of Mellieha, a very popular and sought after tourist village. Mellieha Bay, the largest and most popular sandy beach on the island is only 5mins away by car. Shops, restaurants, banks and public transport are also just a short walk away from the apartment. As of 1 July 2026, Malta’s eco tax (tourist tax) will increase to €1.50 per person per night. This will be capped to €22.50 per continuous stay. This tax applies to all tourists aged 18 years and over staying in anytype of accommodation. Hosts are responsible to collect the tax and return it to the Malta Tax Office.

Joe has been a really great host, he answered all of our questions and was easily reachable. The apartment is very nice and has all the necessary amenities for a good stay.

The unit was really clean, everything was in great working order and condition. The location is great and everything is as advertised. Joe the owner is really helpful and polite, who will go out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this property and will no doubt be staying there once again.

Joe the host is very friendly and if you have any questions he is very quick at replying. This flat is situated in a quiet part of Mellieha village close to the sandy beaches (10 minutes walk) or 5 minutes drive downhill. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from and other small shops nearby. The flat is immaculately clean and the kitchen and other furniture are brand new. Both bedrooms have a/c and a fan. The bathroom is also new with good pressure shower. I would recommend this property as you won't be disappointed.
