Mandalay Cozy & Affordable Apartment with Patio

We had an amazing stay! We were 4 girls traveling together and having two bathrooms was an absolute game changer. It saved us soooo much time getting ready in the mornings and after coming back from the beach. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the facilities you could possibly need. Every room had its own AC, which was a lifesaver during the heat. Even without the AC, the apartment stayed pleasantly cool because it is located slightly below street level. There were also several fans available, which was another great bonus. We also loved the private patio where we could dry our beach towels and swimsuits and relax in the evenings. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were always available, responded quickly, and helped us with everything—from finding the apartment to explaining how to use the electrical switches and other small details. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The location was also excellent. The bus stop is just a short walk away and one of Malta’s best sandy beaches is only about 5–7 minutes away by bus. If you prefer quieter, wild and less touristy beaches, they’re only a 10–15 minute taxi ride away (around €6). The neighborhood is safe, peaceful and full of great cafés and restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Malta!

Everything exceeded our expectations!!!

Good location, very spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, all the amenities you'd need for a longer stay. Very nice private outside area. Very nice beach nearby, shops for what you might need. Price was more than fair.

Bit odd smell in the flat, can't really dry any clothes outside, because there's no wind/sunshine, kitchen is pretty dark, difficult to cook when it's already dark outside. Big bed was very soft, which is fine if you like soft, but all in all would definitely recommend.

Lots of space for groups; location is very good to get to bus stations

We had problems to get one of the two fans to start; iron is not working properly; electric kettle can’t be opened; in one of the bathrooms wall soap dispenser fell during the night on itself; other bathroom doesn’t have curtain for the tub

It was clean and spacious.

The dishwasher did not work and it was not mentioned in the description. The lightbulb did not work but was fixed immediately!
