Very comfortable bed and pillow. Attractive room. I ate one meal in the restaurant which was well prepared. Appreciate staff attending to my request for taxi.

Using the card key in the elevator. sometimes the light did not go on, and the user could feel trapped in the elevator.

Great location, and a good no-nonsense hotel with all the needed facilities.

No hot water in the shower, lukewarm at best, and a weak water pressure. The A/C is loud.

The rooms and facilities at the Fiesta Inn Tuxtla Fashion Mall have exceeded my expectations both times I've stayed ( 10/23 1st Visit ). I arrived 2 hours before check in time and the Clerk was gracious and assigned me a room. A double instead of a King but that's all that was available at the time. I appreciated that courtesy because I was dead tired. Perhaps it showed but more likely they were just being accommodating. There are numerous Restaurant options in the Mall and surrounding area but I took advantage of the room service. Fast, efficient, and trouble free just like 2 years ago but it seemed to me the Hotel has upped their game on both variety and value.

I was dropped off by my Uber at the street because of construction on the plaza and roundabout. It was a long haul for me with my luggage that included some steps to reach plaza level. I have limited mobility and the 200 yards I had to walk really wore me out. I surmise if I'd known about the situation I could have called the Hotel to help facilitate my entry.

The hotel is one of the best in the city.

Expensive for what they offered.
