Große Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einen Parkplatz im Hof, sehr gut ausgestattet, netter Empfang. Gerne wieder, wenn wir in Cottbus sind. Viele Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar.

Einfach nur wow! Die Wohnung hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen - Lage zur Innenstadt Mega. Parken geschützt auf dem Hof. Luxuriöse Altbauwohnung, die wirklich riesig ist und stilvoll und modern gestaltet. Auch an Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Picobello sauber! Und dass André als Vermieter dann auch noch so unkompliziert, super erreichbar und ausgesprochen freundlich war rundete unseren Aufenthalt perfekt ab. Tausend Dank, wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Diese außergewöhnliche große Wohnung mitten in der Stadt und toller Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen!! Ein großes Plus, der Parkplatz auf dem Hof hinter dem Haus, welcher durch ein Tor verschlossen ist. Wir können diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall empfehlen :-)
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss an einer viel befahrenen Straße, die Verkehrsgeräusche gerade an den Wochentagen nicht zu überhören. Für uns aber okay. Wir kannten die Lage der Wohnung und sind auch nicht zum ausschlafen nach Cottbus gekommen ;-)
