Tolle Aussicht. Freundliche Leute. Der nächste Urlaub ist fast gebucht wieder für diesen Ort. :)

Die Ferienwohnung war fußläufig zur Innenstadt von Spremberg gelegen. In der Nähe befand sich auch ein kleiner Park mit einem Biergarten. Trotz der nahe gelegenen Hauptstraße war die Wohnung ruhig.
- Die Couch hatte ihre Lebenszeit schon mehr als überschritten. - Der Eingangsbereich zum Haus war ohne Licht und sehr ungepflegt. Das Treppenhaus roch sehr unangenehm. - Die Küche war wirklich nur mit dem Allernotwendigsten ausgestattet. - Die Parkplätze waren teils belegt, sodass man an der Straße parken und 300 Meter laufen musste.

Große Zimmer
Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bad geht gar nicht, Duschkopf keine Halterung, kein Griff um aus der Minibadewanne rauszukommen. Kein Ablage am Waschbecken um z. B. Glas für Zähneputzen abzustellen. Straßenlage Wohnzimmer, Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, sehr laut. Aussenplatz zum Essen geht gar nicht. Davor steht ein versifftes Kinderplanschbecken und auf den Stühlen hängen Handtücher von den Hausbewohnern. Internet relativ langsam und öfters abends mal Abbrüche.
