Dobra lokalizacja, dostępny parking bezpłatny tuż przy kamienicy, dobre wyposażenie kuchni, czyste mieszkanie. Kompletnie wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka. Można spacerkiem przejść się do Frankfurtu nad Odrą w ciągu 15 minut. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Niewygodny materac w łóżku dwuosobowym, małe wytłumienie ścian.

Sam lokal - bez uwag. Bardzo wygodna baza dla kogoś kto ma sprawy w Słubicach lub Frankfurcie a nie lubi hoteli... Miejsce bardzo dobre - blisko przejścia granicznego, blisko Viadriny, blisko akademika (przetestowane), prawdopodobnie blisko innych interesujących miejsc w Słubicach lub Frankfurcie, które nie wchodziły w zakres moich zainteresowań podczas tego wyjazdu... Dookoła kupa małych barów serwujących kiełbaski/wątróbkę/schabowe/co tam jeszcze starsi Enerdowcy lubią ;) - wszystko smaczne i świeże i po 8,5 Euro za porcję.
Podróżowałem z rodziną (3+1) i wypadło mi spanie na rozkładanej (czyt. średnio wygodnej) sofie.
