Charming Ligurian villa with ancient tower surrounded by park / fenced garden.
The house accommodates up to 14 adult beds in 7 rooms, plus any beds for children (up to 3).
The Villa is structured on three floors and includes the tavern, two kitchens, a large dining room, reading / TV lounge, 6 bathrooms, 4 large terraces on three different sides.
The park-garden includes a large covered barbecue, two gazebos, two characteristic iron-wood tables with benches to accommodate at least 14 people for lunch each, a rocking sofa and more.
In addition, the children's area with playhouse, swing, slide. Loungers and sunbeds for sunbathing or reading and resting in the fresh green of the park trees (olive, cherry, pear, pine, elm, laurel, loquat).

The villa is part of a recently renovated and completely fenced complex which includes:
- Villa Antica Torre surrounded by the private park-garden,
- Casa dei Gelsi also surrounded by its own private garden on two levels,
- private parking for both
- a third house, inhabited by the owners
In total, the Villa L'Antica Torre and Casa dei Gelsi host up to 22 beds in 11 rooms, plus a few possible beds for the children.
The complex, in turn, is surrounded by olive trees, chestnut trees and cultivated land of the same property.
All around, the relaxing crown of the surrounding mountains where it is truly possible to stay in contact with nature, oxygenate, exercise in the most natural ways, hiking, mountain biking or simply walking, observing flowers, plants, numerous types of animals especially birds.

Finally, the medieval village of Velva and the ancient church, which can be reached through the ancient arches and paved stairs, from where you will appreciate the breathtaking view of the suggestive glimpse along the green valley to the distant sea in front ...
