While the house was nice and accommodating, we weren’t provided with linens or towels after the site said they were included. It was extremely challenging to get to and leave from. The host was not kind to us when we need directions after getting lost. we throughly cleaned the house after getting no instructions for check out she told us we were good to leave and everything looked good and then an hour after we checked out she proceeded to spam text us with complaints about things we supposedly broke but never even used. It was very unfortunate to have a great time at a beautiful house but for it to be ruined by the host who was mean and tried to take advantage of us by accusing us for things we didn’t do. Sadly dealing with this ruined my experience with booking through this company.

We had a fabulous holiday. The property had everything we needed, the garden and pool were wonderful. Arles is a fantastic location, beautiful itself and great for day trips. Serge and Renee were very helpful and even though we don’t speak each other’s language we communicated just fine. We recommended this property to anyone.

Nice house, good location to visit places with children. Drivable distance to the sea also helps but even only staying in the house with the big garden and the pool will make the holidays enjoyable.

My family and I very much enjoyed our short holiday in the Camargue. I guess we were lucky with the October sunshine and the comfortable temperature and although I personally ventured into the pool only once, my three grandsons made full use of this facility. The house itself was ideal for the six of us, plenty of space inside and out allowing the kids to run around and make noise and me to find a quieter space with a book and a glass of wine. (The fridge space was excellent and coped well with our wine rations). Lots to see and do in the area. In Saintes Maries de la Mer the kids found a safe beach and I found excellent seafood/ The ornithological park was a most enjoyable visit en route. "Very nice,clean, spaceous and comfortable villa! The beds were good, although a little bit narrow for two people. The kitchen was brand new and well equipped (although the coffee maker was so slow that we did'nt want to use it, but this is a minor detail). We enjoyed the pool and the children loved the jacuzzi. Good situation to make day-trips to different parts of lovely Provence. We would definetely like to come back!"

"The accommodation was very nice indeed and the villa has all the amenities that one would ever need for the prefect holiday. The villa is quite remote from the town or beach. We also felt that the owner was a little over fussy when she came back to check the villa as there was a slight stain on the outside patio floor. Apart from this we had a beautiful holiday in a beautiful villa and we would recommend this villa to all of our friends and family."

Un grand merci à Renée et serge pour leur accueil et leur confiance Leur maison et un avre de paix nous sommes restés 3 jours mais nous aurions bien passé la semaine, la maison et neuve propre bien agencé, bien décorée , tout l'équipement nécessaire, plus un baby-foot une belle piscine , mais pour un 31 décembre un peu trop frais dommage Un environnement calme un terrain super mon chien c'est regaler a courir a faire le fou De la part de nous tous merci , nous reviendrons sûrement Je conseille vivement cette location

Das Anwesen zu finden war ein wenig aufwändig, eine genauere Navi Angabe wäre sicherlich hilfreich - vielleicht waren wir aber auch müde wegen der langen Anfahrt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, die Kommunikation (zur Not Google) war kein Problem und wir wurden sehr gut eingewiesen. Die ruhige Lage, der fantastische Pool und die schöne und gut eingeteilte Villa konnten wir in vollen zügen geniessen. Alles stimmte mit der Anzeige überein, wir können es nur weiterempfehlen 👍🏻vive la france 🇫🇷

Excellent séjour en famille passé dans cette jolie villa à proximité de Arles et de nombreux autres centres d'intérêt. Villa spacieuse conforme au descriptif : 5 chambres, 1 salle de bain/douche indépendante, 1 WC indépendant, 1 salle de douche avec WC. Extérieur très bien entretenu et très agréable : grande terrasse abritée, mobilier de jardin en nombre, terrain arboré, belle piscine à la forme originale et avec plongeoir! Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison magnifique. Ce qui frappe avant tout est sa propreté et le soin apporté à la tenue de la maison et le nettoyage du linge de maison que l'on trouve revenu du pressing et emballé ! Au delà d'être belle et grande la maison offre tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires. L'atmosphère est chaleureuse et l'on s'y sent merveilleusement bien. Que dire du patio, de la terrasse et de ce jardin, un immense havre de paix avec palmiers et oliviers au milieu duquel trône une piscine à laquelle on ne peut résister. La communication, la gentillesse et la flexibilité des propriétaires est la cerise sur le gâteau. Dans cette jolie ville d'Arles, le mas est situé à quelques minutes du centre ville et de nombreux commerces, mais au calme malgré tout. Nous avons séjourné pour un anniversaire surprise, autant vous dire que notre amie a été comblée et que la maison y a essentiellement contribué. Les photos déjà attrayantes sont loin de rendre hommage à cette belle maison agréable spacieuse et bien décorée. Merci à Mr et Mme Durand et à leur belle fille qui s'est occupée de nous. Nous avons quitté le logement avec nostalgie, nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette magnifique villa ! Tout était vraiment top, rien à redire. Belle piscine avec plateforme pour sauter, les enfants ont adoré !
