Ok location few 10 min walk to the centre. Lovely breakfast. Clean rooms.
We had the room in the basement. There is a smell once they start preparing breakfast, our room was just below the kitchen. I would have given them 8 if it wasn’t for the receptionist that had a bit of an attitude at the checkin.

A nice house from exterior. Location is good, still the main part of city. Rooms were equipped with everything I expect, even that one in basement. Bed was comfy. I would say, I didn't expected such good quality for such low price to my view.
Well, stairs are high, especially to basement. Parking looks very limited and is extra paid.

The location, it was clean and close parking
The staff is unavailable and does not answer the phone. The breakfast was very limited in warm choices with only store bought meatballs. Our friend had booked a room next to us but they gave that away to someone else. The ac in our room made a noice all night.
