About this villa rental
Detached house of 120 sqm built on a plot of 1100 square meters, with spacious porch with dining and living area. Solarium with chill out on the upper floor equipped for outdoor meals with barbecue. Surrounded by spacious terraces and gardens.
The house is ideal for families with children, to have ping-pong and a basketball goal, has several relaxation areas and meeting to enjoy the complete tranquility of the urbanization of Betlem, also has a young pine wood and grass . I sea views are spectacular mountain from anywhere in the house, but from the solarium, the panoramic Ferrutx covers Cape, Cape Formentor and Pinar Cape, enjoying much of the Tramuntana mountains. The sunsets are unforgettable.
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, toaster; open to living dining room with sea views, TV with Freeview.

Near Arta, a town with history and culture that remain largely oblivious to the impact of tourism, Artá and its inhabitants have preserved intact their craft and gastronomic traditions.
Betlem borders the natural park of the Sierra de Llevant and is a very appropriate place for excursions, swimming in the multiple and secluded coves of the area, diving; a printed guide of the best activities that can be performed is offered.

The house is really beautiful, has a beautiful garden with Pool and great view over the sea from the different terraces of the house. The house is big enough for 4-5 persons, especially families with 2 or 3 children. I think, It‘s important to have a car to go shopping and go to the beaches of the coast of Alcudia, then the holidays are Perfect! We really enjoyed it and will come back!

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus mit seinen fantastischen Ausblicken und hatten eine tolle Zeit!!!
Der Kontakt zu und mit Bartomeu war total unkompliziert, fand per WhatsApp statt und sorgte dafür, dass er uns kurzfristig Bescheid gab, dass das Haus ein paar Stunden früher bezugsfertig ist.
Dort angekommen haben wir uns direkt willkommen gefühlt; Bartomeu hat uns alles gezeigt, erklärt und ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben.
Das Haus ist wirklich super! Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum wohnen und Urlaub machen braucht.
Das absolute Highlight ist aber der Außenbereich, der so großzügig ist und so schön angelegt wurde. Rundherum (im Juni herrlich blühende) Oleander, ein großer Pool und gemütliche Liegen. Alles sehr gepflegt.
Von den unterschiedlichen Terrassen sieht man immer das Meer und von der Dachterrasse hat man den besten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Dazu ein Glas Wein – was will man mehr.
Fußläufig (ca. 15 Minuten) vom Haus erreicht man die Cala Na Clara, eine kleine Bucht mit einem Sandstrand. Am besten festes Schuhwerk anziehen, denn man muss in die Bucht über Felsen (ungefährlich) absteigen. Wir hatten die Bucht morgens bzw. vormittags teilweise ganz für uns alleine, zum Mittag hin wird es dann voller.
Größere, bewirtschaftete Strände erreicht man in der Umgebung mit dem Auto. Playa de Muro und Playa Cala Agulla haben uns gut gefallen, da ist natürlich deutlich mehr los.
Die Ortschaft Betlem ist so gelegen, dass man in jedem Falle ein Auto braucht, mit diesem eben aber auch alles gut erreichen kann.
Uns hat die Ruhe rund um das Haus total gut gefallen ohne Lärm aus dem Ort, Musik aus Kneipen etc…
Wenn wir wieder an die Nordküste Mallorcas kommen, werden wir ganz sicher wieder versuchen, dieses Haus zu buchen.
Im Freundes- und Familienkreis haben wir das Haus auch schon wärmstes weiterempfohlen.

Wir hatten mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern eine wunderbare Woche, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit dem Pool sowie die verschiedenen Terrassen sind herrlich. Für eine Familie ist dieses Haus ideal.
