About this house rental
Holiday home obtained from the renovation of an old farmhouse.
The house is equipped with the greatest comforts for a peaceful stay. In addition, in the common area it is possible to use the swimming pool (open from 1st May to 30th September), a large garden and grill.
We have refined apartments built inside the farmhouse. The garden, completely fenced, is all surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees.
Casa Milla is directly managed by its owner, Luciano (former bank manager well known in the area)
The house has 4 independent and completely autonomous apartments. The announcement refers to a two-room apartment on the ground floor (4 beds) with double bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, dining room with kitchenette and 2-seater sofa bed, it is possible to add an additional single bed or we can equip the baby bed-cot apartment.Veranda with pergola, equipped for meals and relaxation.
The apartments have a private veranda area, located in the garden in front of the swimming pool and equipped for outdoor dining.
All rooms are very welcoming, finely furnished in a rustic style and have satellite TV. They are also equipped with independent heating and a safe.
The whole structure is free wi-fi. Animals are not allowed.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. L'appartamento spazioso e comodo. Il signor Luciano è molto gentile e disponibile mette subito a proprio agio gli ospiti inoltre ci ha fornito indicazioni molto utili su spiagge e luoghi di interesse che sono facilmente raggiungibili da casa Milla

L'Ospitalità di Luciano è eccezionale e a Casa Milla non manca proprio niente. Vacanza Bellissima! I miei figli si sono divertiti tantissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!
