The Coach House is a rustic cottage facing south with wonderful views up over the Preseli Hills. It is in a secluded private farm courtyard at Ffynnonofi Farm, once a location for the John Huston film Moby Dick. The cottage is converted with terracotta stone floors, white washed walls, underfloor heating, a cosy wood burner and a large double bedroom with small en suite bathroom. It is superbly located for the Pembrokeshire Coastal path and it has its own beach minutes walk away across our fields. There are areas to sit in the sun and have a barbecue and seats in sunny spots dotted around the farm buildings and garden. The cottage is spread over two floors. The ground floor is open plan making it a cosy place to prepare food and eat whilst the wood burner is blazing away. There is a desk and 'work area' for those who want to do something creative or maybe catch up with work. The upper floor has a main double bedroom with small en suite and a small adjoining single bedroom. There is a secluded outside terrace accessible from the small bedroom, with a chiminea and views of the Preseli mountains. There is a larger bathroom with shower and bath on the ground floor. The feel of the cottage is rustic and you'll find old welsh blankets, local slate sills and wooden oak beams rather than neat carpets! We welcome diversity.

Had a magical stay at The Coach House, Ffynnonofi; the cottage is stylish, comfortable, exceptionally well equipped, in a relaxing, atmospheric setting, close to the magnificent Pembrokeshire coast. Our stay was both peaceful and therapeutic. We found Aradhana and Mike to be considerate, engaging hosts, providing warm hospitality to guests whilst balancing the impact on the local environment and ensuring their eco values are respected. We look forward to a return visit, hopefully later in the year.

A fusion of rustic simplicity, midcentury modern furniture and upcycled finds, the cottage doesn't disappoint. It's location is stunning too with rugged coastal accessible direct from the cottage. We hope to come back again soon!

The coach house sits in an amazing habitat, a long term rewilding project for owners Aradhana and Mike. The birdsong is the first thing you notice on arrival, and a host of butterflies among the wildflowers. The stars are unbelievable - crystal clear in an inky sky. If you need rest and recuperation, this is just the place. The owners commitment to sustainability is admirable and makes you think again about how you are living. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

This is a wonderful place, and the host was kind, helpful, and highly responsive throughout. We came to see the cliffs and be quiet for a few days, and it was the perfect spot for that.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The Coach House was really well equipped and very comfortable and cosy. It had something really special that made staying in at night, cooking and curling up by the fire a most attractive option! We explored the local area and did a few walks, both coastal and inland. All was spectacular and very memorable.
Aradhana and Mike were very welcoming and communication was great.
We would come back in a heartbeat! xx

We had a gorgeous couple of days exploring this part of Pembrokeshire which we didn’t know at all. Newport is an enchanting small seaside town full of delicious foody shops and galleries. St David’s Cathedral and the ruined bishops Palace with all the history of the site are astonishing and and a revelation! The cottage was ideal for exploring this area.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves stating in this beautifully restored and furnished coach house. The location was on the coastal path with amazing scenery all around. Local town of Newport had everything you need good eateries and a very good coffee shop.
Very convenient for many beautiful coast and inland towns and villages. Thank you Mike Perry.

Had an amazing week, and just what the doctor ordered.
Perfect for enjoying a slower pace of life.
There was only one day we didn’t swim! Great location for exploring Pembrokeshire if you would like to or equally plenty on your doorstep to not have to leave if that’s what you want!
The listing is accurate, so be sure to read it before booking to ensure it is for you.
We had an amazing stay and already planning to return next year! Thank you for creating something so special!

A peaceful and restorative haven on the stunning Pembrokeshire coast
This was our second visit to the coach house and we fell in love all over again with this beautifully restored haven. From the minute we arrived to Mike’s warm welcome, we felt the stresses of the last year slip away, surrounded by birdsong and wildflowers as all around. Cannot recommend this place enough and we will be back!

Peace in Pembrokeshire
We loved our stay at Ffynnonofi Farm... a haven of total tranquility. The Coach House has been carefully and sympathetically converted in line with Mike and Aradhana's concern for the environment and their love of the local area. Beautiful old terracotta stone floor throughout the open plan living/kitchen area downstairs, with the woodburning stove keeping us toasty warm and a giant sofa to stretch out on - bliss after a day of walking along the nearby Welsh Coast Path. The north Pembrokeshire coastline is stunning and easily accessed on foot from the cottage. Linear walks along the coast are also possible using the bus - the nearest stop is a short walk from the cottage. So too is a well stocked shop. There's no need to even move the car during your stay! Nearby Newport is a delightful small town with plenty of shops and places to eat, plus a pretty harbour and a broad, long sandy beach We hope to return...sooner rather than later.

Beautiful house in enchanting location
The Coach House was utterly beautiful and felt like home away from home. We had the most fantastic stay. Even though we stayed during storm Dennis we still had a wonderful time. The surrounding coastline and landscape is breathtaking - especially the beach!
Thankyou to Aradhana for being so welcoming. We really hope to come back and visit again :) .

Lovely cottage!
This is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in. Lovely decor, toasty wood burning stove and heated floors, and perfect location. The fresh cut flowers and candles were a nice personal touch as well.
We hope to return for a longer stay!

We rented this and the next door property so we could have a family get together. It's lovely and in an amazing location.

Stylish Simplicity
The Coach House is easily the loveliest place we have rented to date. There’s a touch of brilliance to the interior design one doesn’t come across in holiday accommodation. This is balanced by a sensitivity towards the impact on the environment inherent in the simple set up of the Coach House itself, extending to the way this small, timeless collection of different buildings is set up. The lay-out of which means you don’t tend to see people staying in the two other holiday rentals. The touch is personal and the owners offer a friendly, genuine, non-intrusive and mindful approach to what they do.
The setting is excellent with dramatic sea views within a few minutes walk and of course the luxury of a private beach. There are several larger beaches a short drive away. Newport is close, timeless and friendly.
We will certainly be back a third time and I’m sure several more in years to come.

Picnic on the beach
We had a wonderful stay in the carriage house. We used the kitchen for a few made from scratch meals. It was wonderful to have a walk to the beach so near the house. I almost didn’t go down because of a hurt leg, but it was totally worth the climb. We love staying in different types of buildings and this met our expectations.

Stunning peaceful haven
This is a truly stunning place to stay in a magical part of wales which we have fallen head over heels in love with. The coach house is beautifully restored with solid natural materials and feels peaceful, earthy and very luxurious at the same time. After a long day’s walk along the coast we came home to chill on the beach with a cold beer and headed to the cottage for a cosy fire - restorative and life affirming, with warm and helpful hosts - would not hesitate to recommend Ffynnonofi, a little slice of heaven.

Restful Break in a Perfect Cottage
From the moment you arrive you feel all the cares of everyday life ebb away. The cottage is situated in the most beautiful area and superb walks are accessible from the doorstep. There is a wonderful beach which is worth the climb down to and on our last day we were bade farewell by the wild ponies that make the land around the cottage their home. Mike was on hand to show us around the cottage and it is superbly equipped and beautifully designed - one feels a huge amount of thought and love has gone into every detail of this gorgeous home. Newport is the nearest town and has a plentiful supply of excellent restaurants, shops and galleries. Mike and Aradhana are super hosts and we can't wait to return to explore more of beautiful Pembrokeshire.

Charming rustic cottage in fantastic location
The location of the cottage is really fantastic, if you enjoy the countryside. Just walk over two fields (if you are lucky, you will see several beautiful halfwild ponies) and you reach the sea and the fantastic coastal path. You can walk around Dinas Island or to Newport (charming town with great eateries). The cottage itself is just as beautiful as in the pictures. It was just a bit more rustic than anticipated. As my boyfriend had a cold, we used the floor heating in addition to the wood stove every day and ran up a bit of an electricity bill (as also continous ventilation was necessary). However, these were just minor distractions, we immensely enjoyed our stay in the cottage and really loved the North Pembrokeshire coast, one of the most beautiful landscapes we have seen in the UK.

Beautiful, characterful property . Didn't want to leave !
This beautiful property is characterful and perfectly located for easy access to the Pembrokeshire coastal path and secluded beaches yet within easy walking distances of the local village pubs. Our hosts Mike and Aradhana were welcoming, informative and friendly. The property is well equipped and if you love peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings you will not be disappointed. The sunsets were gorgeous ! Just fabulous !!!

What a gorgeous property - great location , beautiful setting along the coast- just perfect
Great property - tastefully decorated with an eye for mid century modern design. All home comforts, wood burner, bbq. Comfy bed. Friendly hosts - Mike took time to show us walks on the map. Best thing is the setting- really stunning to walk across the sheep fields and onto your own secluded beach. Highly recommended for couples wanting a rural escape in romantic setting.

Perfect location and hosts
We spend two weeks in the coach house which was fully equipped (with love and fresh flowers for a warm welcome) and totally clean. We felt like being home from the first minute. Especially picking spices from the farm garden for cooking was a great pleasure for us :-)
Aradhana and Mike were perfect hosts, gave lots of tipps for walks and things to do. Every recommendation was a 100% success. We already have spent lots of holidays in GB but never discovered so much special and breathtaking spots like here.
Will definitely return for the next stay in Pembrokeshire.

Truly wonderful
The cottage is beautifully designed, interior really nicely done. The surroundings absolutely gorgeous- rolling hills and unspoiled beach settings. The private beach is amazing.
The cottage has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be returning :)
The walk round Dinas Head is lovely and a pint and food in The Old Sailors a must.
