About this apartment rental
Luxurious 110 square meter apartment renovated in 2014. Located on the second floor of a historic building in the city center of Venice, one hundred meters from the Rialto Bridge and three hundred meters from Piazza San Marco. The house consists of a large entrance corridor , lounge and dining room with new elegant golden suede sofas of Venetian manufacture and glass dining table with Italian design wooden chairs; two double bedrooms, one with private bathroom with shower, a second bathroom with tub of elegant faucets. The small kitchen located next to the access corridor to the living room is complete with electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, American coffee machine. Furthermore, the kitchen leads to an equipped wardrobe room, where you can comfortably store luggage and clothes.
The structure is equipped with AC for limited use in respect of the environment.
We kindly ask you not to use shoes inside the apartment.

This property is good, but not great. It’s in a great location, but it is an old apartment. It is the first VRBO I’ve used in Venice, so maybe my expectations are too high. Still, compared to other apartments I have stayed in, it doesn’t quite measure up. Also, I don’t know if there’s such a thing as a quiet area in Venice, but I do know that it’s loud in this area. As in to the wee wee hours. The host communicated very well leading up to our arrival, but we did find the person who met us at the property to be lacking. Honestly, she just seemed like she wanted to leave as soon as possible.
