1803 was great. Good communication. And the view to die for. Wish could stay longer. A/c cold and even had gift basket waiting for us. Would definitely go back.

The condo was wonderful, and the hosts provided a bouquet of flowers and basket of Kona goodies for us when we arrived. The view is stunning. Shampoo and soap was provided. The beds were comfortable, though the A/C could be adjusted to be more even among all bedrooms. FYI we were informed when we arrived to keep all food out of bedrooms and keep the kitchen clean because pests could arrive (ants). We kept everything clean and never saw any ants. But all families are different so it’s nice to know before you come. The nearby shopping center had everything we needed. Thank you!

Property was great, the view was amazing. The closet with games, towels, chairs, snorkels, etc. was appreciated. The parking was a little narrow, but we fit a Chevy Tahoe. The pools were nice. Location was close to stores. Communication was excellent.

We travelled to Hawaii with our kids (11 and 14) and my parents, who had never travelled before but had HI as a bucket list trip. The condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. My parents were able to have their own suite down on the end, and the kids were happy up in the loft. We all loved starting the day with coffee on the lanai looking out at the ocean and with occasional breakfast time dolphin viewing. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The beach chairs and coolers were well appreciated. The location was ideal for quick food and grocery options, nearby beaches and snor, and easy access to multiple locations further afield.

We had the absolute best time staying at this condo. The view is breathtaking, we had breakfast and dinner on the balcony almost every day. The kids played in the tide pools in the morning. The condo was clean and spacious . And the pool overlooking the ocean was a close walk and the perfect touch. We will absolutely stay here again, and we already recommended it to our family for their visit next year!

Very comfy property right on the water. The ocean isn’t really usable but there is a nice pool and you can snorkel in the harbor nearby even if the surf is crashing. Beds were comfy and the AC worked fine. Location is very close to groceries and

The perfect property for our family vacation! We traveled with our adult kids and SO for 10 days over Thanksgiving. The condo could not have been more perfect! Comfortable couch and recliners. All the beach equipment you could ask for, big kitchen. And the best view on the island! From the lanai we saw dolphins, whales and an outrigger race. Pounding surf one day splashing onto the rocks up and down the coast. 2 king size beds along with a queen and twin gave everyone ample room. Very homey and clean. Hope to be back someday!

Our stay was PERFECT! The condo was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy a perfect stay in paradise. Views for miles while listening to the crashing waves! We saw dolphins in the morning while enjoying the best Kona Coffee and beautiful sunsets in the evening right from out Lanai. Location was perfect, pools were never too crowded, beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of room for our party of 6. Can’t beat a cup of morning Coffee on this lanai. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the snorkeling gear and beach gear provided. No tennis rackets but these can easily be checked out from office. Super friendly staff there

This condo is beautiful and the view is amazing. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Prior to arrival I noticed something in the fine print of the information sent to us after booking stating there was a $25 fee each day to use the air conditioning. This is not listed anywhere on the online listing so I reached out to the manager and shared that this extra fee wasn't on the listing and having AC was one reason we booked this place. He responded and said he would take the extra fee off (it had already been added). When we arrived at the condo at 7:30pm the condo was 85degrees and the controls for the air were locked. We reached out via vrbo and didn't get a response but then reached out to a different number given upon arrival and they shared that we didn't pay for AC and I let her know I was told her didn't need to and she eventually helped us get the AC going. Just beware the AC is only available if you pay extra and the house does get quite hot without it.

The condo is very nice and has a magnificent view of crashing waves and spectacular sunsets. Our welcome package was very sweet and delicious. The only negatives were the very old kitchen appliances and dim lighting in bath and kitchen.

Quiet, safe, clean grounds & property centrally located just 15 min north of Kona. Great amenities. Listening to the waves crash and view from the lanai is breathtaking. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The keauhou village is within walking distance with great restaurants, longs drug, KTA grocery market and a farmers market on Saturday’s where we got fresh fruit, limeade and vegetables. The condo came with everything we needed including a closet full of beach accessories. The owner was prompt with any concerns we had and we also had a property manager that went out of her way for us when we were out of some everyday needs. We would definitely stay again.

We rent through VRBO often. This was a great property. Very clean. Well stocked in kitchen and for beach/pool accessories. You cannot beat the location. The store and some restaurants are very close by. There are a few beaches that are within 10 mins. And town is only about 20 mins away. A great spot. We would rent again!

We could not have been happier with our stay on the Big Island. Our accommodations were absolutely perfect for our party of adults. The ocean front view gave us amazing sunsets each night. The condo’s kitchen allowed us to cook many meals during our stay having everything we needed to do so. There was more than enough space for us to spread out. Everything was very clean and orderly. Our family enjoyed the pools, pickle ball, and short morning walks to the ocean. This was a great location for snorkeling, diving, and the parks we wanted to go to. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

My husband and I along with our 4 girls stayed for 5 nights here following our 4 nights in Hilo. It’s a beautiful and WELL STOCKED condo! The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! The communication with the property owner was not great. I received 2 different texts directing me to contact 2 different people with any concerns/questions during our stay. I emailed the contact numerous times with questions and no response. The cable in the middle bedroom did not work, there was a broken lamp bulb in the master bedroom, the master bath shower has two shower heads, only one working. The bathtub in the 2nd bathroom did not hold water for a bath. The home has 3 bedrooms ( 1 is a loft with 2 beds). It sleeps 7. We had 6 people and were charged $150 for extra guests? I have tried to inquire about this a few times and haven’t received a response. It’s really is a great place to stay - better communication is needed .

We enjoyed our stay in #1803. The unit was exactly as described. It has excellent views from the common areas. It was spotless and very comfortable/spacious for our family of five. Sunsets from the porch were amazing and you always hear the waves crashing! The ocean side pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. First time renting thru VRBO and this was a very positive experience!

Three of us ladies vacationed at this condo for 6 nights. Take note this unit is on the 2nd floor with amazing views of the ocean, complete with with spectacular sunsets and lots of night scuba divers and manta ray snorkelers to watch in the evenings. There is a steep staircase from the entry to the top inside, so be aware if mobility impaired. Also, this is not a 3 bedroom but a 2 bedroom with a loft. The loft is over the kitchen and overlooking the living room with a steep staircase and it has 2 queen beds with no closet nor storage for luggage. The other two bedrooms have king beds that are comfy. The condo could use a deep cleaning to remove the dust throughout. We cleaned the kitchen cabinet hardware that had grease buildup during our stay and made us feel more clean. Also, make note that they charge to run the AC. :( A huge plus about our stay was the stocked closet full of beach accessories... snorkels, flippers, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc! Also, very near the KTA grocery store that has everything to stick the kitchen. Appreciated the goodie basket of local snacks condo owners gave us upon our arrival. Overall, we had a great time while there and would certainly stay there again.

We had a lovely stay. The condo was very well stocked for vacationers—beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, towels. Kitchen had cooking staples and plenty of dishes/cookware. Good location with grocery and a few restaurants nearby—Kona about 10-15 min by car. Can’t beat the sunset on the porch. Ocean pool was beautiful and perfect for my 3 yo son to play. He also loved exploring the tide pools and digging with his trucks in the rocks/sand along the coast. We had a small logistical concern and the rental manager and owner were very receptive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again!

Aloha! The condo is just as described and fully stocked with lots of extras, which was much appreciated after a 10 hour flight! The location is a great launching point for all Kona activities. Amazing snorkeling beach is only 1 mile away. Grocery store and restaurants are close by. We ate outside at every restaurant - never had a bad meal! We are now big fans of Ube milk shakes/cookies and fancy Hawaiian ice with ice cream and toppings. Our favorite restaurants were Papa Kona, Fosters Kitchen, The View, Sam Choy, Kona Brewing Company, and Magics Beach Grill. There is a great Farmers market across the street from Papa Kona for fresh fruit and souvenirs. Our other favorite activities were Thunder Mountain Coffee Farm, Seahorse Farm, Royal Kona Luau, touring Volcanoes National Park, and snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park. The volcano park is about 2 hours away and a nice day trip. We visited Hilo on the way back and toured Rainbow Falls. It's a beautiful drive! If we had more time, we would've gone back to that side of the island for a waterfall tour or Summit stargazing at night. The condo was a great spot to start and end the day with the amazing water views and wave crashing sounds. Unbelievable sunsets! Mahalo, our family enjoyed our time there! Highly recommend!

The grounds were very well kept, and the location was perfect to get to anything you need. The condo was very comfortable although we spent most of the time on the patio for the views and waves.
