About this apartment rental
Our house (built in 1939) has been completely rebuilt, newly furnished and is rented since the beginning of 2018.
The building offers three bright, friendly holiday apartments with daylight bathroom. On the ground floor and upper floor are each a 3-room apartment with 60 m², in the attic a small 2-room apartment with 23 m² living space.
The property is located in a restricted traffic area, in an old residential area with lots of greenery, large plots and in close proximity to the historic old town.
We, the landlords live only 100 meters away.
The tourist tax in the amount of 2.30 Eur (per night / person over 16 years) is charged on the spot!

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und hell. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten auch den Grill des Vermieters benutzen, eine Tischtennisplatte stellte er freundlicherweise auch auf und für kleine Kinder steht ein Sandkasten, eine Schaukel, eine kleine Rutsche sowie ein Schaukelelefant und Spielzeug zur Verfügung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr kinderfreundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend!
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Modern eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgerüstet was man benötigt. WLAN hervorragend. Zur nächsten Wirtschaft 10 min Laufzeit. Vermieter ist im Umgang zuvorkommend und unkompliziert.
