About this house rental
House for 4 people, on 2 floors:
The ground floor houses the new and fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 people. You'll also find a pantry and a cloakroom. You will find everything you want in a kitchen. Whether you want to prepare a snack or a 3-course menu - in this house you can do that with pleasure.
Also located on the ground floor the bathroom, here you can look forward to a veritable shower experience thanks to the new rainshower. The staircase with stainless steel railing takes you through the gallery in both bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed. In the room there is a large closet, the other a chest of drawers and a clothes rail are available.
Sheets and towels are of course ready for you.
About the larger bedroom you reach the balcony.
In the upper floor there is a sperate toilet.
You also have the opportunity to relax in the cozy and always well-kept garden.
In both bedrooms, as well as in the kitchen there is a Smart TV incl. Netflix with satellite reception and Wi-Fi access.
Surroundings:
The house is located in the Fuchsengasse, a very quiet street from where you can reach the city center in a few minutes.
With the spa town of Bad Windsheim you have chosen the perfect destination in Middle Franconia.
You can relax in the Frankentherme or Freilandmuseum experience culture or simply stroll through the old town in resort.
A large number of activities awaits you which are both within an hour, among others in the cities of Nuremberg and Würzburg.

Perfect little place to spend our week in Germany. Very close to Rothenburg and was the perfect location for many day trips to other areas we wanted to see. The host was awesome and made you feel at home and answered any questions. Would definitely recommend this property!

The place is immaculate. The decor is really beautiful! The adorable (and historic) downtown was walking distance. The train station is also about a 10 minute walk. The owner, Diana was very friendly and when she saw us starting to walk to the train station, she gave us a ride and let us use her portable umbrella. She also offered to pick us up. She let us use her beach towels and duffle bag to go to the spa. She lived close, but respected privacy. She is fluent in English. It was convenient to be able to wash and dry clothes. Everything is very modern. Roomy bedrooms. 3 large TVs. Very modern and large shower. Private parking right outside the door. Gated yard with nice patio set and lovely flowers. Windows all had blinds that could go up or down. The windows can be vented or opened fully. Nearby cities were great day trips!Rothenburg on der Tauber, Würzburg, and Nuremberg were all close. It is in between Frankfurt and Munich.
