One bedroom apartment of 30 sqm located on the ground floor with private entrance, newly renovated and equipped with every comfort for a pleasant relaxation and an unforgettable stay in our capital.

a cozy double bedroom with a comfortable and large closet, comfortable orthopedic mattress and fluffy hypoallergenic pillows;
a modern and compact kitchen is equipped with everything you need and major appliances, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Bialetti moka and kettle;
a living area with a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests and a Full HD LCD TV with satellite system;
a warm bath has a toilet, bidet and washbasin with a modern design, in addition, after a day touring the city, you can experience the pleasure of a shower in a modern walk-in tub with chromo therapy;
and, finally, a small flowery courtyard with table, chairs and parasol for pleasant outdoor dining.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with heating, air conditioning, LCD flat screen HD TV with satellite system, unlimited WIFI internet, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, safe and hot water boiler go on

The flat is well equipped, and easy walking distance to markets, restaurants, etc. The host generously provided breakfast foods and wine. A nice touch! The patio/garden space is nice. Unfortunately it was a bit rainy and buggy during my stay so I could not enjoy as much as I would have liked. It worked out very well for me.

This home was lovely! It was on the first floor, so easy to access with baby stroller. Laundry and large drying rack were helpful, and air conditioning was nice in the heat of Rome!

The apartment is great for 2 people. The kitchen is fully stocked and the apartment is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The little patio was great as well. It is also very quiet. The apartment is a solid 12 mintes from the train. The last minute or so is up a hill and steps. I mention this because we are in our 60's and were walking an average of 12 miles a day. The steps and hill killed us as we were already tired.

The property in situated not far from the metro to go to centre town and also not far from Vatican. The owner is really welcoming and will make sure you're all good. Thanks for that. Just the flat is really small and dark. But I guess that during summer hot time it's a advantage.
