The apartment was perfectly clean, very spacious and the beds were super comfy. The host, Stefano, was very attentive and helpful.

Our host was incredibly polite and helpful, answering all our questions. Upon checking in, we were astounded by the apartment. It was exceptionally clean, equipped with everything we needed, and modern and comfortable. We had an amazing stay. The location is also very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Rome and a 5-minute walk to the metro and bus stations. We’ll definitely be back!

Un apartamento muy moderno con materiales de calidad (bien insonorizado y calefacción/aire acondicionado). Buena ubicación tanto si quieres moverte a pie como si quieres moverte en metro (ya que tiene una parada a solo tres minutos andando). Muy atento su anfitrión.

Nada malo que reseñar

Beautiful, modern apartment located in a quiet area, close to the metro station (3min) but also bus stations and to a 24/7 opened Carrefour market. It is situated on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator) of a quiet and clean building. The apartment was very well partitioned with 2 bathrooms serving 2 spacious rooms (one inside one of the rooms and the other one on the hallway). Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the air-conditioning was working well, had no smell. There is a small but well equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove and oven, a coffe machine and plenty utensils. The Kitchenette also serves as a small dining room. The apartment has 2 small balconies (one that faces the street and serves the room that also has the toilet directly connected to the room and one little balcony that faces a small interior courtyard that is connected to the kitchenette-dinning area). The apartment also offers a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, an iron and an ironing table. Stefano was a very good host and helped us with an early check-in to leave out luggages. We would definitely come back again next time.

I have nothing to complain about. What I mention here it is only for information purposes only for other guests. If you are using the washing machine and have to dry your clothes, don't use the balcony on which the washing machine is placed because you may find all your clothes soaked in water that is coming from the upstairs neighbour watering the flowers and also there is a chance you can loose your things if they fall down inside the interior courtyard. So use the other balcony to dry clothes but be careful to use the clothespins to make sure the wind doesn't take away your clothes. 😉 The red bathroom has a window that has a view on the small balcony that feces the interior courtyard, so be mindful when you use the bathroom so the neighbours or whomever is on the balcony don't see you. 😉 I have 2 suggestions for the owner: - 1. to instal a little knob handle to both sides of the door from the green bathroom because it is difficult to open it because it slides and closes with a magnet of some sort. - replace the toilet brushes because the existing ones are totally useless and cannot be used to properly clean the toilet. Just as a plus touch, nothing mandatory: for the kitchen it would definitely be welcomed by guests to always find salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil, enough morning snacks and coffee for the entire stay and for all guests. That would be definitely a plus with very little effort.
