Outside you will find a private hedged and fenced backyard with large deck and new large storage shed, outdoor shower, gas and charcoal grills, beach chairs and umbrella. Beautifully landscaped with several flower beds, hydrangea bushes, and climbing rose bushes.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has twin single beds, and the final bedroom has a single bed.
Located just south of town near the Surfside Road bike path, providing an scenic walk or bike ride to town, the many restaurants and stores just south of town and the south shore beaches.

Good location combines easy access to town as well as a bike ride away from beaches. Walk to get grab coffee or lunch. Always a great stay!

The property was exactly what our family of 4 was looking for. The location was perfect and was exactly how it is described in the listing. The home has everything a family could need for a nice stay on Nantucket. We will definitely be staying here again.

Pretty property, but farther out than we expected.

We arrived on Friday night and checked in without a problem. Great open space layout on the inside. It rained the next day, so central air came in handy, but lots of windows and ventilation throughout the house! Beautiful and well maintained yard (front, back and side). Weber grill came in handy for cooking hot dogs and hamburgers for the kiddos. Centrally located near Stop n Shop, and close to town. Near bike path and beaches. We loved it and hope to come back!
