About this house rental
IN AN unoccupied HOUSE in the Var, rental of 2 independent apartments or one, on the ground floor which can accommodate from 2 to 13 people. The largest apartment is composed of a living room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs, 1 of which is independent. 2 bedrooms have a bed for 2 people, the 3rd bedroom has 3 beds, 2 of which are bunk (90 cm beds).
In the kitchen there is a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher.
In the hallway leading to the bedrooms is the washing machine. The living room has reversible air conditioning which allows you to maintain a pleasant temperature in the bedrooms (everything is on the ground floor).
The second apartment is smaller. It includes a living room with sofa, fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a cabin with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 independent WC. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tables, and chairs, lounge area with television, DVD player. There are 2 reversible air conditioners, one in the living room, the other in the bedroom. A plancha outside is available to tenants.
In low season only one apartment can be rented (The prices displayed from October 10, 2019 to April 18, 2020 are those of the small apartment). Those from April 19, 2020 to June 13, 2020 June correspond to the large apartment. Those from June 13 to
September 5, 2020 concern the 2 apartments,. In any event, the house is only rented to one tenant for the same period.
In the garden, pergola for meals, large shade tree, swimming pool secured by a barrier, garden chairs, parasols, parking in the garden. . The house is ideally located near Saint Clair beach (300m), near pedestrian paths, restaurants, with a very pleasant, peaceful garden. The villa is one story at the end of a dead end. The pool is maintained 1 time per week by a specialized company, a pool robot is available to the occupants. From November 15 to April 1, the pool is winterized.
The house has free WIFI access.
A deposit of € 500 is requested from the tenant upon entering the premises and reimbursed within one month of departure if there is no damage.

Great location, well-equipped accommodation, clean and tidy with a lovely beach. Families enjoyed the outside space and meals under the pergola. Excellent stay with charming owners.
