The accommodation
The villa has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living area and a large terrace where you can comfortably dine with the beautiful sea view that the house offers.
Access to the sea is less than twenty meters from the terrace, comfortably reachable by a dozen steps. The proximity to the sea offers the villa a unique and incredibly relaxing atmosphere.
A heavenly oasis of relaxation nestled in the green area of Addaura, a short walk from the city center.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home made up of internal, exterior with fast and convenient access to the sea.

For any need you may always contact me and my sister, who will be happy to give you all the information you need about both restaurants, art routes or how to do it best, according to the travel group.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your villa. More than enough room and had everything we needed. The back yard was so relaxing watching the waves come in . Close to everything and minutes to beautiful Mondello

The place was a little disapointing for us. It has many great qualities but when we arrived the place was not that clean , ants on counter in kitchen . outside patio was dirty . The host did send someone to clean patio after our first day .The listing had shown a Hot Tub but there was none and owner was confused about it as well. owner responsive . beautiful location . had to share beach front with locals so no privacy on patio. overall we enjoyed

Lovely place, stunning view, good location away from the noise of the city but still an easy drive. Perfect vacation cottage! They accommodated our late checkin and allowed a late checkout as well which was appreciated.

Very nice spot with everything you need but not super luxurious as it may appear. Hard beds, dirty showers, and it should be noted that there is an attached apartment right above where someone lives. Also a hell of a lot of mosquitos.
