About this villa rental
A luxury, exclusive house, a few steps from the centre of Palermo, inside an exclusive residence, 3 km from one of the world's most renowned beaches, Mondello.
Immersed in a spectacular Mediterranean park with scented paths, enchanting corners in which to stop for a drink or to read a good book, Mamma Maria Ela has a wonderful view of the famous mountains that surround Palermo on all sides.
The villa has a splendid swimming pool next to an elegant internal patio, part of which has a window overlooking the garden and solarium.
Inside the house is particularly charming with a living room that has several areas with beautiful sofas, sophisticated armchairs, a beautiful dining table and a bright and luxurious atmosphere.
Mamma Maria Ela has four bedrooms (two of which are en-suite) of which two are doubles and two twins and four en-suite bathrooms of which two have showers and one a shower-tub.
There is also a sofa in the living room that can accommodate a single bed.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything needed for a good Sicilian meal.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a splendid orangery where you can enjoy your meal with a view of the park and pool.
Here too, sofas, plants, small tables, and armchairs furnish this area of Mamma Maria Ela.
The pool area also has a bathroom with shower and the villa also offers a barbecue area.

Electricity is included up to 250 kWh per week. Any excess will be charged at € 0.50 per kWh.
Check-in after 22.00 will have a cost of € 30 to be paid in cash on arrival.

Lovely large home and grounds in gated estate.Very close to large shopping centre.Pity we weren't informed of large construction job next door, very noisy and barking dogs near by

Very luxury house in the heart of Palermo. The villa is very comfortable with a lush garden all around the house with many romaNtic corners and flowers everywhere. The pool area, gorgeous, is adjacent an indoor living space and the kitchen. The interior is fantastic, rooms very bright and large, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 elegant living rooms. The most beautiful self catering ever for me, my family and my friends. Also, the villa is located inside a prestigious residence and just outdoor there is a big commercial centre. The dowtown of Palermo is few km away and the renowned beach of Mondello just 2 kms away. Highly recommended, top class house with a very convenient price

An incredible Villa and a wonderful host. The villa is huge, as is the pool, the villa is beautiful and has everything you might need. We were given sone great tips on places to visit etc and the ower was very generous in letting us stay at the villa a little longer on our final day as our flight was not until late in the afternoon. We had a wonderful time and would greatly recommend this villa.
