About this house rental
The house is part of a detached villa. It has a wonderful view of the sea and a beautiful garden. It can easily accommodate 2 to 6 people. It is ideally located in northern Sardinia, close to some of the island’s most famous beaches and tourist destinations.
In addition to the apartment, which features a beautiful terrace, there are other outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy your meals. Behind the house, there is a large pergola with a barbecue, sink, and countertop. The house has private parking. In the garden, there is a comfortable outdoor shower.
There is a mobile Wi-Fi network at the house (1 session per day) that guests can use freely.
THE HOUSE:
Inside, there is a kitchen with a dishwasher that opens onto a living room and a large hallway. There are two bedrooms, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the common area. The bathroom features a very large brick shower. A large French window opens onto the living room, offering a view of the sea. The large terrace features a separate room with a washing machine. The house is equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities. Here it is:
1) Garden for exclusive use
2) Outdoor shower in the garden
3) Shaded pergola with a barbecue and outdoor kitchen area
4) Fully equipped indoor kitchen (induction cooktop, fridge with freezer, convection oven, dishwasher). Microwave, toaster, and kettle.

7) Iron and ironing board
8) 40-inch LED TV with TiVuSat satellite connection (Hot-Bird and Astra) and media decoder
9) Mobile WiFi network (maximum 1 GB per day) that is already installed and can be used free of charge by guests
10) Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) Available upon request
11) Upon request: beach equipment: lounge chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas.
THE FLAT TERRAIN
The house is located in a small village in the municipality of Valledoria.
About 50 meters away, there is a supermarket and a tobacco shop/newsstand.
There are two bars within walking distance.
Within a few hundred meters, you’ll find two restaurants with pizzerias and two farmhouses specializing in traditional Sardinian cuisine.
In Valledoria and the nearby town of Castelsardo—one of the most beautiful and popular destinations in northern Sardinia—you’ll find dozens of restaurants of every type and price range. You can reach them by car in anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes.
The house is located in the middle of Sardinia’s northern coast. It’s in an excellent location, therefore, for visiting the region’s most famous tourist destinations. In about an hour by car, you can reach the western coast (Alghero) and the eastern (Olbia and the Costa Smeralda). Places like Castelsardo or Isola Rossa are just a few minutes’ drive away. The ports and airports are easily accessible. Porto Torres in 45 minutes. Alghero in 70 minutes. Olbia in 80 minutes. Golfo Aranci in 90 minutes.

Wir haben im Januar '18 das Ferienhaus für August'18 bei Sergio und Stefania angefragt. Die Buchung wurde innerhalb 2 Std akzeptiert! Es fand von Anfang an ein reibungsloser und netter Kontakt statt. Wir sind Mittwoch vormittags in La Muddizzia angereist, und durften vor Check-In unser Gepäck im Haus abstellen. Wir wurden freundlich und persönlich von Sergio und Stefania empfangen. Das Haus und Garten wurde uns genauestens gezeigt und erklärt. Es fehlte an nichts!!! Zur Wohnung: Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt , und beschrieben. Sogar noch viel besser! Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind in einem guten Zustand, und waren mit frischer Wäsche bezogen. Wir bekamen sogar ein kleines Kinderbettchen für unseren 2 Jährige Sohn kostenfrei beigestellt. Handtücher, Strandtücher und sonstiges Strandzubehör wurde ebenfalls bereit gestellt! Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man Brauch, es fehlte an nichts. Die Garten Küche und der Garten sind ein traum. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist in einem wirklich guten Zustand! Um das Haus rum bei Tag und Nacht war es sehr ruhig und man konnte entspannt schlafen. Wir können das Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall Sergio und Stefania wieder besuchen! 😊

Dès notre arrivée , nous avons été accueilli par Manuella qui malgré la barrière de la langue a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer.
Le logement est conforme à l'annonce , propre et agréable.
La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et la terrasse extérieur très appréciable.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation la maison de Sergio et Stefania .
