The very beautiful, Mediterranean-style holiday homes "Sa Fiorida", quietly situated in a wonderful landscape, are located in the village of La Ciaccia (Valledoria) in the centre of the north coast near the village of Castelsardo (small town from the 11th century), 200-400 m from a very beautiful and well-kept sandy beach.
The flats (individually designed and furnished - with terrace, fireplace/barbecue, garden and almost all with roof terrace) are comfortable and fully furnished and equipped, i.e. the flats are fully furnished and also have all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating (our Sa Fiorida holiday homes also have an iron). Should anything be missing or broken, we will make sure that it is replaced immediately.
The holiday home Sa Fiorida - Rubinia is located on the ground floor (basement flat) and offers 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms plus a third bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds), 2 bathrooms with shower & WC, lounge with armchairs, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchenette, garden with furnished terrace and barbecue. All rooms have heating. The garden is sloping at one point. For this reason, part of the west side of the flat is below garden level. However, this part of the flat also offers large windows and therefore has sources of light and ventilation.
The holiday complex (private houses) - including volleyball court, football pitch and bowls alley - offers enough space for children to play outside the gardens.
What characterises our service and the location of the accommodation? (1) We offer a professional service in a family atmosphere. We are also available to our guests outside office hours (even at night)! (2) Night-time check-in possible!!! (3) Ideal holiday resort for families: quiet location, lots of open spaces and meadows to play in, little road traffic, short distances to the local sandy beach, numerous sports facilities, ...... (4) A large and cosy reception with many services is on site: WiFi (Internet can also be used outside office hours), satellite TV, tourist information of all kinds, play corner for children, library, table tennis, cricket, badminton, ....) (5) Mini-club for children aged 4-10 (6) Breakfast service: We also offer our guests a breakfast service in our reception. (7) In the area of the Sa Fiorida holiday homes: football pitch, volleyball court and bowls. These can be used by all our guests at any time, free of charge. (8) Just 200-400 metres away is a 15 km long sandy beach, one of the largest in northern Sardinia - plenty of space to romp and relax (9) Bicycle hire: We hire bicycles to our guests on site (also for children) (10) We also offer numerous cycle tours (including guided tours of between 20 and 100 km) for all ages and abilities and hire bicycles. (11) Numerous outdoor sports activities (all year round): sailing school and hire, surfing and diving school, SUP, kite surf, canoe excursions and hire, boat trips on the Coghinas river (12) The local shops, restaurants, ice cream parlour, bars, bakery, church and playground can be reached on foot in a few steps. The largest local supermarket is open all year round, even on Sunday mornings. (13) More than 50 km of paths and trails in the immediate vicinity for hiking, walking and cycling (14) Excursions: We also organise excursions on water (on the Coghinas river and on the sea) and land (15) Cookery and language courses: We want to introduce our guests to the typical flavours of Sardinia. For this reason, we offer cookery courses for the little gourmets and language courses for better understanding.
