The breakfast i had was a jug of milk small and a large jug of yoghurt. ,the night before I had a substantial meal so I was stuffed

Het avondeten, was lekker en goed.
Het ontbijt, dit moest je bestellen dmv een menukaart, maar niet duidelijk wat het precies was en of je meer kon bestellen. Zowel duits als engels werd niet tot amper gesproken. Laatste ochtend geen ontbijt genuttigd, deze is ook niet gerekend in de prijs, dat was top.

Spoštovani, želim podati kratko povratno informacijo glede naše nedavne izkušnje ob prihodu v vaš hotel. Ko smo prispeli, smo lepo in jasno povedali, da smo gluhi in prosili za pomoč pri prevodu v srbski in slovenski jezik. Ena od uslužbenk na recepciji pa se je nato začela do nas neprimerno obnašati, kar nam ni bilo prijetno. Radi bi samo, da nas gluhe osebe spoštujete in se potrudite za prijazno, strpno in prilagojeno komunikacijo. Čeprav ne slišimo, lahko pišemo in beremo – z malo razumevanja lahko skupaj komuniciramo brez težav. Hvala za razumevanje in upam, da bo v prihodnje izkušnja prijetnejša za vse.
