DESCRIPTION
- Large living room furnished spacious (32 m2), warm, tastefully fitted out, with 2 large and cozy sofas, an armchair and a large table for evenings.
- Triple orientation, very sunny, peaceful, calm and first and foremost not overlooked!
- 2 balconies with a large table, benches and loungers.
- The track "CHARDONNET" is in front of the balconies: you can let your children go sledding while watching the balconies.

       - All bedding is new and of excellent quality.
        - 1 double bed (140 or 160) in each of the 3 bedrooms: perfect for 3 couples.

WINTER: - rental for 11 people including 9 adults maximum

- Cleaning: The cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the tenant (80 €): you are thus assured to have a clean apartment.
- The linen for the beds can be rented: 15 € per bed (160, 140 or 90) for one week.

This apartment is NEWLY ACQUIRED, ENTIRELY RENOVATED AND IDEAL FOR FAMILIES: The living room is large enough and allows 9-11 people .
This apartment is very quiet, however it is close to shops and restaurants. It is sunny, with triple exposures.
There is an exceptional panoramic view of Val Claret and Grande Motte with direct views over ski run. Departure and arrival on skis directly to the building through a blue slope accessible to all, called 'the chardonnet'. You get 2 balconies, giving a panoramic view to enjoy day and night! Moreover, Wifi is available.

Very good living space for 4 friends:1 couple 2.1 bedroom is tight....need to change and store clothes in corridor wardrobes.Good apartment for 3 couples or extended family. Very well equipped..Short climb to slope to ski down to Palafour.... didn't use Chardonnet drag.

The apartment is well equipped, with all necessary items in the kitchen, such as fondu set, coffee machine and multiple pans, bowls etc. This is the best accommodation we have stayed in for a group holiday, even a boot dryer!.Fantastic and will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great location. Ski in and ski out if the drag lift is open. Otherwise a very short uphill walk to get onto the slope. We were 6 and it was a v good size for us. Lovely living space and really well equipped. The one downside is the bedrooms are small and you have to climb over the other person to get out.

It was great to have such a spacious apartment in Tignes le Lac. After a short uphill walk, you can ski straight down to the ski school area and some of the main lifts! The button lift just outside the apartment is marked for advanced skiers, but apart from being very long we found it quite easy, our 12 year old managed fine. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. Like most European countries the mattresses are very firm which we struggled with a bit. There is a deposit to give to the property owner when you rent the apartment, but the return of the money from Corinne was quick and painless.

Excellent location next to steep, long Chardonnet Drag lift and close to shops. Apartment was very well equipped and we loved the view from the balcony. There were 4 of us so a good amount of space. You would certainly need to get on well with others if there were more than 6 adults. Wifi was OK and it was lovely and warm. Communication was excellent with Corrine. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here in the week before Christmas. Just our family of 4 since we like a bit more room than the average ski apartment! The flat's location is brilliant and you can ski right to your own back door. We think this is the best part of Le Lac, with great views and access to everything you need. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean, great mattresses, warm and inviting. Showers all hot, and baths are welcome after a day on the slopes (though you have to fill by the shower head this didn't take too long). Corinne left a bottle of wine out for us, which was much appreciated after a long drive! There are lots and lots of charging points for USB cables left around the flat which is a very nice touch, plus DVD players about the place. Be warned - bring your own if you are English speaking! The oven and dishwasher all worked perfectly, but be aware that there is no freezer. It wasn't really a problem for us and we preferred a bigger fridge but don't expect to keep lots of home-cooked meals frozen unless the temperature outside remains below zero! The owner has left sledges on the balcony which were much enjoyed by our kids on the slope right outside the balcony. Tignes is a great resort, especially early season, and for the second year runnning we have enjoyed a brilliant trip. The only thing I would change about the flat is that it would be handy to have an English-printed guide to things like the TV etc. But it is in France, after all, so perhaps I just need to up my French skills! We would definitely return.

We had a really great time here as two families of 4. Like all apartments in Tignes the bedrooms were small but the layout meant that each family got their own sleeping space with bathroom. The fold out beds worked much better than we expected and were as good as normal beds, but bear in mind they have a weight restriction. The living space was excellent and the whole apartment has a really nice feel to it. There's wifi and a TV with DVD player and there's also a balcony which catches the sun in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Location wise it was brilliant for skiing. It was a 100m (or less?) walk to Duch Sports where we hired our ski's (and where Corinne can get you a discount) and then you just had to cross the road from there before you could put your ski's on. You can ski in to the first floor of the building as well if that is your preference. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and we will book here next time we come to Tignes. We were 4 adults with 4 teenage children - all adult size. The location was perfect - properly ski in ski out (although be aware that the ski lift starts at 9 so you need to do a little bit of walking up the slope to get to ski school - not a problem). The shops are just down the hill and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The apartment was very well equipped and there was plenty of living space for the 8 of us. The bedroom space is very tight - but is as described and carefully thought through. There are effectively 3 bathrooms so that makes it all work well. You could get more small children in but would struggle with any more adults. Would highly recommend and we would not hesitate to rebook if we return to Tignes.

We were 3 couples, so 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms was ideal. The only negative comment is the size of the bedrooms. All 3 rooms were very small, only marginally bigger than the beds. We didn't really find that a major problem though. The apartment is very well equipped and has good storage. The living area / kitchen is excellent as seen on the website photos. It was exceptionally cold when we were there but the apartment was really warm. The location was ideal for us : ski in / ski out, direct access to Chardonnet drag lift and situated at the quieter end of Tignes le Lac. The Carrefour supermarket, a couple of small bars and restaurants are all within a 100m. Communications and access via keycodes all worked well. We would definitely rent the apartment if we go back to Tignes. Thanks

The apartment is very well equipped, and in a great location for both skiing and the shops, bars and restaurants of Lac de Tignes. The lounge and dining area are excellent, with tremendous views from the balcony across the frozen lake to Val Claret. The bedrooms are on the small side but the 3 bathrooms and toilets are excellent when you are a group or large family...eases the pressure getting out on the slopes in the morning. We would definitely recommend the apt, Corinne the owner was lovely to deal with and Marina who looks after the apartment in Tignes was very helpful. It was immaculate in terms of cleanliness on arrival. The wifi was excellent with 6 of us on it all at the same time. It would be nice if you could also rent Towels as well as the Linen as they take up room in your case when flying from overseas. Apart from that we cannot fault the accommodation. Many thanks and hope to be back.

We were two families of 4 with children of 13, 14 and 16 years old. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. One family used the kingsized room with the two single bunks next door. This meant they had a shower and toilet adjacent for their family. The other family used the two doubles next to each other which meant they could use the en suite of one of the rooms and then there was still another shower and toilet. There was always enough hot water. There is plenty of storage space for empty cases, clothes, food, etc The kitchen is very well equipped and plenty of everything. It is compact, so one person at a time working in it or two if carefully co-ordinated! The apartment is lovely and warm. The apartment has good free wifi, sound system and TV. There is no noise at night. Noise from the lift starts at about 7am, but we were up then filling up on porridge ready for another day of skiing anyway. The corridors, lifts and other communal areas are kept very clean and tidy Access to the slopes is a 10m easy ski to a button lift which takes you to a blue slope to get yourself going. Access to the town is a short walk (100m) and that is where all the ski hire shops are. The ski lift pass office is there also. There are a few restaurants and bar. We tried Coeur des Neiges and a couple of others in that same road. They were all lovely. There are a few supermarkets within easy walking distance. All have most things you will need or may have forgotten. The apartment owner is readily contactable by email and phone if necessary (although we never needed to).Our refundable deposit was returned within a couple of days of us getting leaving the apartment. All in all a comfortable, happy and enjoyable skiing week.
