About this house rental
Va Lochenn (the Breton cottage) is located in a small alley in the village of Esquibien, 200 meters from the Saint-Onneau church dating from the 16th century. You can get to the beach in 10 minutes by bike. The nearest towns are Quimper 45 km south, Douarnenez 25 km and Brest 110 km north.
Old house on three levels completely renovated overlooking a courtyard with small enclosed garden.
On the ground floor :
a living room with flat screen TV, PS2 console and board games available.
a toilet with washbasin,
an equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.),
a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, a water point and a shower ideal for your return from swimming.
Upstairs :
a bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined into a 160 cm bed,
a bedroom with a 90 cm bed,
a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a vanity unit.
On the second floor:
a bedroom with a 160 cm by 200 cm bed.
Baby equipment provided if necessary (cot, high chair and changing mat),
Charges included: electricity and water according to consumption.
Linen provided, beds are made upon arrival.
Garden furniture, two deckchairs, a hammock and barbecue available.
3 adult bikes available.
Parking of vehicles on the property.
No smoking in the house but you can smoke outside
