Iron Bark Chalet

Heated bathroom floors, location, fireplace

Wood logs for fireplace were too wet to be used properly as it’s stored outside. Had to go out to buy kindling to be able to get the logs going. Bed upstairs and sofa bed very hard and uncomfortable. Knives need to be sharpened and would be good if a better can opener was purchased. Lots of spiders, dangerous for kids. Pest control needed.

Everything - beautiful chalet and great to have access to the resort facilities

It was lovely, but it overlooked a carpark unfortunately

The 3- car park , people coming and going, no privacy

Some feedback: - include a brush or some sort of tool for washing dishes - pest control would be helpful (outside cobwebs etc) - bed was possibly the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on. The pillows definitely the worst - washing powder needed for the washer - yes you mentioned there would be no hairdryer but cmon, so simple to get one - bare minimum utensils and equipment in the kitchen - lounge is a cheap uncomfortable one - we asked beforehand if there was fire wood and you said there was not. Turns out there was which is great but thanks for wasting our time buying it - you could put a few hangers in the cupboard - tea bags, coffee, milk would be nice Great apartment but you’re doing the bare minimum to keep it acceptable and I’m afraid I wouldn’t book again with the uncomfortable bed
