Quiet Small new semi-detached house with the main residence of the owner, but completely INDEPENDENT - overlooking the terrace and enclosed garden of 1500M2. SWIMMING POOL (double filtration) ONLY reserved for tenants mentioned in the contract and the owner.

The property was as described , it was very comfortable with places to sit outside in both shade and sun. The pool was lovely .
The local beaches were absolutely beautiful .
I wasn't sure if we needed to bring sheets and towels - you do .
Nice place to stay with shops and restaurants around .

Tout était prêt bien avant l'heure prévue.
Françoise nous a accueilli pour faire le tour du propriétaire. Tout est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce.
Elle nous avait préparé plein d'adresse super sympa.
La piscine est top.
Le logement est proche de tout.
Bref nous garderons le contact.

PS: LE SEUL BÉMOL EST POUR LE SYSTÈME DE PAIEMENT D'ABRITEL. C'EST UNE BANQUE ÉTRANGÈRE DONC ATTENTION À VOS FRAIS DE BANQUE ET VOS PLAFONDS.

Location très agréable, proche de toutes commodités. Propriétaire sympathique et à l’écoute. La piscine est très plaisante et qualitative. Les paysages sont sauvages et variés, l’estuaire du Payré est splendide. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.
