House of 48m ² located in the village Port Bourgenay, overlooking the Golf, free access to the aquatic complex, heated swimming pool (du 1er Mai au 30 Septembre)
Exceptional geographical location: close to the beach, forest, golf, tennis, swimming pool and shops.
Quiet, in a green area, 3 km from the Veillon Beach and the Payré estuary (natural site classified), 10 km from La Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne.
