Brunnion House is a spacious barn conversion situated in the town of Carbis Bay in Cornwall which can sleep four people in two bedrooms, which are made up of a double and a twin as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the house is made up of a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with open fire. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a garden with lawned area and patio. Set in a wonderful location, Brunnion House is a great place to enjoy.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating with log burner. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, shared use of tumble dryer in shed, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books , games and DVDs. Highchair availableif not already booked. Cot can be provided through a third party Cot hire. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with lawned area and patio. Two well behaved pets, welcome fairly large dog cage if not already booked out. Sorry, no smoking. Excellent Farm Shop and pub 2 miles. NOTE: SLEEPING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE LOUNGE.

Town: The seaside town of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the boutique hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine?
