Ideal for a family of four (2 adults + 2 children).

This accommodation quite cozy, is composed of a main room with open kitchen + BZ (2 people) and a sleeping area with bunk beds (2 children); a door with brick partition separates the two spaces.

We offer you the following facilities:
Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker Senseo, Toaster, 2 Hobs, Battery and necessary kitchen, Raclette, Fondue, an electric grill, vacuum cleaner, TV with DVD player, ... ).
All your meals will take place around a family table with 4 chairs.
Many arrangements are available (wardrobe with shelves, drawers, large drawer under bed).
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the landing, a closed, shared ski locker is available.

The south facing studio is conveniently located (5 min walk to all amenities), and near the escalator to shops and telemix Rocherousse;

You will find at the foot of the building, a free shuttle bus stop providing access to the other lifts and the complex of the Big Dipper located 5 minutes walk.

The parking lot of the station, free, and covered is in front of the residence.

The studio is non smoking and prohibits companies from animals.

Can rent, linen, duvets, pillows, toilet paper, and other services to 05 Rentals.

A deposit of € 400 will be requested at the keys.
In case of cancellation no refund can be claimed.
Any damage to the equipment or housing and will result in prosecution and non-return of the deposit.
The station
The ski area Orcières 1850 is the largest in the Champsaur with 100 km of marked trails. It includes tracks of all difficulties (7 green, 14 blue, 17 red and 6 black) served by 28 lifts (3 telemix, 7 chair lifts, 17 ski lifts and 1 rope). It is in the hotel grounds: 1 slalom, downhill slopes 2, 1 ski-boarder-cross, 1 toboggan run, fun track opoual 1, 1 snowpark.

In addition to skiing, the resort is diversifying its offer and has many après-ski / ski-out winter and summer.
In summer, Orcières offers free mountain bike downhill area increasingly important. The resort also opens its lifts for hiking, to mountain lakes particular, like Lake Estaris but also Twin Lakes, Lake of the Sirens ... The complex of the Big Dipper is also made available, as well as many activities suitable for the summer season (adventure course, paragliding, tennis, zip line ...).

Orcières 1850 has the longest zip line in Europe.

The station develops its leisure offer and relaxation with the complex of the Big Dipper (pool, skating rink, bowling, wellness center ...) as well as its offer of unusual activities with an igloo village, walks dog sledding.
