With a total surface area of 60m2, this apartment will offer you a south-facing exposure with an exceptional view of the mountains from the balcony or from its fitted kitchen opening onto a large living room.
Your apartment is located in the Horizon 1800 residence on the 1st floor not overlooked, quiet but at the gates of the center of the resort. The Horizon 1800 Residence is located 400 meters from the slopes of the resort of Orcières and 150 meters from the shops.
Two large bedrooms each equipped with an 82cm connected screen to enjoy your Netflix or Prime Video subscriptions in a Queen-size bed 160 x 200cm for the 1st bedroom and 1 bunk bed (2x 90x200cm) and 1 double bed (160x200 cm) for the second with plenty of storage space.
A travel cot and mattress as well as a high chair are at your disposal.
The large table in the living room will allow you to enjoy your meals comfortably facing the majestic mountains.
The living room with its large corner sofa will allow you to spend unforgettable moments either enjoying the view, or comfortably watching your favorite Netflix or Prime Video series on the 165cm connected TV.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the apartment in very high speed!
The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped to make you feel at home (large fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, raclette machine, vacuum cleaner...).
A bathroom equipped with a shower, a single sink unit with storage, a hairdryer and a washing machine.
A separate toilet.
Your vehicle will be well sheltered in the covered parking lot with a reserved space under the building.

If I had my own ski condo I'd want it to be just like this one. Beautiful view, massive comfy couch, everything in the kitchen you could possibly need and a great bathroom as well. This was just a quiet, relaxed respite for me but the space is ideal for a decent sized family.

Nous avons pleinement apprécié cet appartement meublé et décoré style chalet. Tout y est : vaisselle en abondance, couchage large et très agréable; on s'y sent comme chez soi. De plus pour ceux qui aiment les randonnées les ballades sont à 2 pas. Une famille avec des enfants en bas âge peut pleinement apprécier cet appartement car il y a un lit parapluie, une chaise haute et des lits superposés.
Le concierge qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée pour la remise des clés a été très sympathique, très efficace et à l'écoute.
Bravo à Pierre et à Stéphanie, les propriétaires, pour l'aménagement et la décoration du logement qui ont été faits avec goût et efficacité pour le bien être de ses occupants.
Les 2 semaines ont passé trop vite.
On reviendra, c'est sûr et cette fois ce sera pour 3 semaines.

Bonjour,
quelques remarques:
- les informations des dimensions des lits ne sont pas correctes dans le descriptif 1 lit de 140*200 et 160*200 alors que dans les caractéristiques finales ils s'agit bien de2 lits de 160*200 > pouvez vous corriger pour les prochains locataires
- la porte des toilettes ne ferme pas à clef.
Dans l'équipement serait il possible d’avoir un fait tout et une cocotte minute, ainsi qu'un petit banc à l'entrée?
