Its privileged location, its exceptional view of the valley and its proximity to the main activities of the resort make it a perfect place to fully enjoy the mountains, summer and winter.

As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the panorama offered from the balcony. Sit back and admire the valley that stretches as far as the eye can see. Each moment of the day reveals a different landscape, between morning light, snow-capped peaks and sunsets over the mountains.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a mountain area with two bunk beds, particularly popular with children, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Its layout allows you to enjoy a functional and friendly space to share beautiful moments after a day outdoors.
The kitchen is equipped to prepare your meals with ease with an oven, a coffee maker and everything you need to cook.
For your comfort, you will also benefit from a television, a washing machine, a private ski locker and a private parking space located at the foot of the residence, a real advantage in the resort.
In winter, a free shuttle bus passes in the immediate vicinity of the building and allows you to easily reach the ski lifts and the center of the resort. You will also enjoy the swimming pool, the ice rink, the shops, the restaurants and the many activities offered just a few minutes away.
In summer, Orcières Merlette becomes a great playground for the whole family. Hiking in the Écrins National Park, mountain biking, trail running, tree climbing, zip lining, paragliding, horse riding or even discovering the Serre-Ponçon lake: the activities are numerous and suitable for all ages.
