About this apartment rental

Enjoy Direct Ocean front at it's best. This property has one of the largest ocean front balconies on the beach . Large flat screen TV, wi-fi (no connection charge).
Comfortable spacious living and dining area. Formal dining area and large comfortable living room. Bedroom 1 has a KIng bed and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a double and a Queen Bed. Queen sleep sofa in the living room. TV in both bedrooms. Large outdoor pool. NO GROUP RENTALS! NO SMOKING, NO PETS. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS ONLY!!

We Loved the location. Easy access to beach & a market close by within walking distance. Boardwalk was a drive but not too far. Condo was a great set up. The balcony overlooking the beach was AMAZING!!! The cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Some things were not cleaned well…(bathrooms, ac’s needed filter replacement & kitchen had some dirty utensils, however because of a quick turnaround for guests in & Out it’s understandable. Joanne was great with communication & we would definitely book a stay there again!!
