Steps to Sand! Family-Friendly Ocean City Getaway

We enjoyed the location of this property. Beautiful scenery and very spacious.

Nothing was clean. Dishes were disgusting we had to wash them before we could use them. There was old trash under the couch, beds, and dressers. Dust everywhere. To charge a $400 non-refundable cleaning fee for a place that turns your feet black the second you walk in is unacceptable. We returned the unit in better condition than we found it. The cleaning person was a kid who carried a small gym bag on a scooter and looked like a random picked off the street. He was outside the unit prior to check-out and about 10 minutes after we left he was walking out of the unit while we were packing our vehicles. It’s no surprise the place wasn’t cleaned properly. I could probably do a better job in 10 minutes. Maria also charged us an additional $300 fee for being over property capacity (10 people) by 2 people, kids aged 3 and 4 (12 people total). I paid the fee in cash to their “maintenance guy” after denying their Zelle, Cashapp and Venmo request.
